The entrance close to the gym was a little bit shady.

Free coffee and juice was nice.
Listed as two bedroom apartment, but one bedroom was also the main space with dining table and kitchen with pull down beds. Door to actual bedroom didn't fully shut. Hallway/Shower room was only accessible from second bedroom/kitchen and toilet only accessible from actual bedroom. Made it really difficult to do anything when we put our toddlers down to sleep in the "second" bedroom. Could have put them in the main bedroom, but then wouldn't have access to toilet and would have to sleep on worse beds.
Sign in kitchen said don't cook food in kitchen because it may set off fire alarm and result in fire department visit and fine. Shower made weird pumping noises while running. Had to go downstairs to main kitchen to cook food for our toddlers.
When we arrived, the reception was already closed (arrived at 6 PM on Saturday and they closed at 4 PM) and the phone number it said to call was disconnected. Fortunately, they had sent a message in the booking.com app saying how to get in, but that was definitely stressful when I only found that message because I clicked message the property. I never saw an employee at reception in the two days we were there.

Very organized and good space to stay with the family, free access to the gym, which is super nice, and coffee machine available at the lobby, very good for the mornings!
The 2 beds were super comfortable, the extra beds are more suitable for kids and the mattress is not so comfortable.

close to the city center

Location

It was clean and comfortable

Located in the center, easy to walk around the city from the location.

Clean and good.
It was shared with a gym and sports center and some dodgy people tried to find warmth in the same entrance as the hostel. So it didn’t feel too nice to pass them on the way to your room since the hotel has no staff during night.
It was also people having party in the corridors outside of our room during our stay, and since there is no staff, no one could make them stop. I think it would be a good idea to have some sort of staff or security people make some visits a few times during after hours to make the place more comfortable for all quests.

If you're driving the E4 and needs accomodation in Skellefteå then Gränden could do the trick. We had the nicely decorated squash room, and liked the common area too.
3.7
staff response was fast
hard bed and pillows, room was very cold

nothing, very bad hotel
very bad experience, there was a fight on the street, a lot of screams, police came. the toilet smelled very bad. everything was very old. the kettle was damaged.
3.7
The location and how clear were the instructions to receive the bedroom, although, it wouldn’t hurt to have them in English🤓
The breakfast was the same everyday. A little variety, and some fresh seasonal fruit will do the magic.
The windows are not completely sealed so you can hear a lot of noises from the outside.

We didn't like anything.
It smelled of the food some other guests were cooking.
Breakfast: very bad (poor sandwich in the fridge + juice). We were 4 people and only got 2 (bad) sandwiches. Fortunately we had the juice.
3.7
Lege family room and kitchen place to be able to eat comfortably. Nice staff and owner of the place as well as close and accessible parking place.
Noise from the elevator during the night and noise from the street from outside of the building in early morning busses and trucks for nearly construction site (because of thin windows and doors to the corridor for the elevator). Fire alarm was sensitive and I wasn't able to turn it off myself in the room after warming up milk for a baby, once it got activated that created a lot of stress for myself and my companions.

I was lucky to get a room with private bathroom which was really a bonus to what I expected. The room and facilities was clean and fresh.
The bed was not top notch but not outside of the expected when you stay at a budget hotel.
3.7
kindness
the room was special
3.7
It was a standard room, with good beds and a clean bathroom.
The breakfast was really poor, and the common kitchen was all not very practical. The fridges were all filled with foodstuff, so there was little room for our stuff. It was a very strange house, and not like a B&B at all! You got the keys from a gym, and that was everything one saw of a staff!
3.7
Everything was with the high standard of comfort. Fully equipped kitchen and washing facilities, very comfortable beds and absolutely spotless apartment.
