Caro, pero su ubicación y comodidad son perfectas

Limpieza, comodidad y cercanía a la estación de tren y líneas de bus directas al aeropuerto.

El precio me parece elevado para 3 estrellas, pero supongo que estará todo por el estilo dado que ya ha empezado la semana santa. Por su ubicación y comodidad me ha merecido la pena pagar su precio y descansar antes del vuelo.

Toll, um Rom günstig zu erkunden.

Top Lage, direkt am Colosseum. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Umgebung. Sehr einfache Schlüsselübergabe und auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Gemütlich wohnliche Einrichtung, man fühlt sich wie in seiner ersten eigenen Wohnung.

Das einzige, was uns innerhalb der Wohnung gefehlt hat, war ein Backofen. Das ist aber natürlich dem begrenzten Platz in der Küche geschuldet.

Secure apartment Great location

The apartment was in a great location being walking distance to the colosseum, metro and plenty of dining options. It felt very secure with private access only and Luisa was quick to respond to all our queries. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Very good

The location is great, few steps to Colosseo and the neighbourhood is full of bars and easy to access by public transportation. The owner left some snacks and drinks for Breakfast. The apartment has a lift, small but great to carry up luggage. Easy to park on the same street, especially on the weekends (free)

Couch matress is not that comfy, but enough to sleep through the night.

The flat is on very good location. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The bed is very comfortable for sleep. It is very quite during the night.

The flat was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust on the floor. The water drain in the bathroom didn't work properly so when taking shower the water goes out of bath making floor wet.

This could be a little gem but needs someone to spend some time doing it up.

Fairly good central location not too far from a metro stop. Slightly further from the Colosseum than it looks! Well equipped with good air con, coffee machine, small load washing machine, hairdryer. 3rd floor but has a lift. Helpful host who met us and also booked a taxi for our return.

This is as far from a luxury apartment as can be!! The owners need to spend a couple of nights here to understand what needs to be done. Shower is filthy and not great quality, nearly everything falls off the wall if you touch it, lots of bodge jobs around the apartment, not well cleaned and definitely needs decorating. Bedding and towels old and tired.

Location location location

Loved the location 👌 colloseum at the bottom of the road. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby, close to lots of sights we walked everywhere. Bed very comfy, quiet street for how close it was to everything. Host was very responsive to any questions.

Shower was tricky as off main suppply but got used to it, fridge had no door on freezer which we kept having to adjust. But everything else fab

Wonderful fully equipped comfy apt near colesso

Location was great .few minutes walk to colesso...the kitchen had essential items and extras . Coffee. Fruit .water breakfast items .. cleaning supplies . Washer.. I was satisfied with the entire stay.

Nice appartement with a very kind host (louisa)

The very helpfull louisa and her mom , they are very kind people , very beautiful location , the kitchen has everything needed to cook , the sofa bed wasn't bad at all , the room very nice decorated , comfortable bed and pillows , 2 tv(s) provided , washing machine too , the bathroom nothing to complain about , it was a great stay , i'll for sure text louisa first on my next visit to rome before start searching somewhere else .

Great location, big space.

The location was everything. At walking distance from the Colosseum with nearby terraces and restaurants, Bus stops near by, and Metro station. Good space and well equipped.

Shower and bathroom need some renovation. We found some cleaning utensils left by cleaning staff that did not look nice. Previous guests took too much time to leave so that delayed our initially agreed drop off luggage. Tv Remote control had no battery.

Recommended for family.

Amazing location, just 5 minutes walk from Colloseo, about 40 mins walk to Vatican. Apartments are exceeded our family expectations, everything as advertised. Air conditioning makes Romes' summer with +36C pleasant and enjoyable at night. So definitely rating should be 10 without any doubts.

The apartment itself is quite nice and is in a good location.

The host was super nice and flexible. The location is also very good.

The wifi internet was not good. I needed good internet for work and specifically made a request about it. Unfortunately, it was not good.

Louisa is the best. I booked at short notice and everything was made available in a few minutes.

Couldn't find anything wrong with my stay.
