Muy buena ubicación y vistas. Tranquilidad

el código de acceso que me dieron estaba equivocado y la llave magnética asociada tampoco abría. Dicho esto he de comentar que la atención telefónica fue excelente para resolver rápidamente el incidente

Perfect!

The view is beautiful. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. It had great character. The location was excellent. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Estupendo apartamento para recorrer Toledo

La ubicación es perfecta para poder recorrerte todo el centro. También hay cerca un parking gratuito. El apartamento contactó antes para explicar detalladamente todas las opciones de parking que hay en toledo y el acceso al apartamento. El atico muy luminoso, moderno y bien equipado. Fue un finde bastante frio pero estaba muy bien climatizado con 2 splits.

Por decir algo, heché de menos un calefactor pequeño en el baño.

La ubicación, las vistas y la comodidad

Quizá las escaleras de subida al apartamento, con escalones difíciles y no normalizados, que dificultan el subir con equipaje y/o dificultad para personas de edad o con incapacidades. Como consejo, también faltan estantes en la suma para apoyar los geles y demás mientras se ducha.

Over-priced, and not suitable for more than 2 people

Location

Was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but really wasn't. Upper bed space was impossible for us to use. Second couple had to use the pull-out sofa bed instead. The one actual bedroom had no windows or air flow, like sleeping in a coffin. Bathroom was inadequate, small and had zero privacy - the sliding door provided no sound-proofing and kept sticking when people closed it. Pretty miserable experience for what was not a cheap place. The web-page included pictures from more than one property, giving a misleading impression.

The comfort level and views were unbelievable

The apartment and views were exceptional. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were excellent in their communication. The facilities were also very good.

The only small detail would be that there wasn’t any milk or tea provided as an option, or a small breakfast snack such as bread for toast or cereal.

Excellent location and effective use of space in the rooms. Decor was modern and pleasant.

Self-service entrance made it hard to find the keys and the where to park. The air conditioning was overall fine, if a bit underpowered for Toledo summers. The top level bedroom was a bit hot at night as a result. No wifi and no elevator for bags.

Stunning views, mistake on arrival, cold shower

Amazing view and location. Initial communication was good up until we got given a lesser room than we paid for. When we eventually got the room we booked it was lovely and had incredible views.

We paid extra for a room with a balcony and view. When we arrived we were given a ground level room (room 2) with no balcony and cars parked directly outside the window- a room you needed to keep the curtains closed as people and cars are literally outside the window behind your bed. This was the cheaper room at €26 less but the host didn't say this or offer us a lesser rate. We referred to our booking which mentioned the balcony and even had a picture of the room number 22. Within mins of sending a WhatsApp about the issue a woman came to the door (she spoke only Spanish) and told us we could have the room we booked but had to come back in two hours. This was inconvenient and didn't set a nice time for the stay. Bed was uncomfortable and the detached headboard meant it kept slipping. The shower was almost cold! No kettle meant making tea was awkward. No bottled water.

One of the most visited places in Spain and it's easy to see why. Wonderful.

A beautiful property situated in the historical part of the city. Close to all the attractions of this wonderful place. Top class restaurants very close by and very much within easy walking distance. Underground car parking nearby at reasonable rates.

Nice flat - with annoyances

Great location, nice flat, good value. Great bed and beddings.

I have advised my arrival via booking.com and have been asked 2 x more when I'd arrive and the same when leaving. Quite annoying. Tons of instructions how to reach and open - but once u arrive with a mobile with no energy, there is no power, as the switch is hidden behind an image in the flat - and nowhere any info abt it. Unless u write. Washing machine old, broken, powder holder falls off, can bearly be opened and is VERY dirty. Could be a 10, bt all this annoyance brings the rating down.
