Upon arrival we were greeted by Beniamino who had been in contact with us ahead time. He helped us arrange horseback riding lessons and quickly answered any questions as they arose. Our villa in person was better than advertised. The property was beautiful and smelled of lavender and rosemary. We will never forget it.
Nothing.

Everything was magical here! A beautiful Italian property with stunning views, newly remodeled villas and wonderful amenities. The host brought us a bottle of white wine to enjoy by the pool for no extra cost and the pool itself was amazing. It overlooked the hills and was refreshing after a long drive! Was a ten minute walk to Sevens Cafe for dinner which was outstanding. We would definitely come back to this slice of heaven.

This is a gorgeous unit on beautiful grounds. We loved the spacious floor plan and the cleanliness of the property. Ooh! The heated floors were such a wonderful surprise. It was near freezing temperatures during our visit in April. Beniamino was fabulous. Even though we had a late check in he met us on the property and made us feel welcome. He was very accommodating and answered every question we had. You can tell he loves what he does! I will definitely be coming back with my family and next time I will also bring friends!

Very nice place with large and well appointed houses/apartments. Pool area is nice and beautiful garden. Beniamino is a very friendly host and makes sure everything is perfect. Some excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive and within walking distance we recommend the Seven cafe for good food.
A disadvantage was a thin mattress in the main bedroom. Switched rooms with kids because the mattress there was much better. Some road noise.

The house (Oliva, 6 persons) is beautiful, interiors in bright and fresh colours. We loved the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, in total a 'complex' of four areas, with the airco not directly in the bedroom. High quality materials. The swimming pool is very large and in nice surroundings (sun chairs are standing in grass, two nice lounging areas at different levels). Host reaction during stay was immediate.
Just a few things on the comfort side. The two bedrooms downstairs do not have airco, which necessitates leaving the door open to enjoy the airco in the hallway. Dinner table outside/terrace is in the sun for half of the day, but this was solved immediately by applying a sun screen (tarp). Easy to fix: a more comfortable type of chair at the dinner table on the terrace (......... long italian dinners...) and some comfortable chairs for around the house in the private part of the garden.

We had 3 units for an extended family visit to a house nearby. It was very comfortable, private and convenient. It's a short walk and a very short drive to Monteleone with some useful shops and restaurants. The pictures give a good impression of the quality, cleanliness and location. Communication beforehand and arrival were very helpful and reliable.
Crockery and cutlery in each unit the bare minimum (ie 4 people, 4 plates); spare capacity would be welcome especially for shared meals. (There were about 10 of us in 3 units)
