The owners! Andy and Sanae are some of the most genuine and hospitable people I've ever met. Accomodations were great, Sanaes hot pot was INCREDIBLE, and the company was even better. Thank you for everything!

No wifi in the cottage, but not that big of a deal

Andy and Senai were great hosts! Super helpful and lovely people in general. They did the most to help us out. Highly recommend staying here, the room was clean, comfortable and warm. Right near a bus stop and a short walk to the main street. Can’t wait to come back!

Sanae, Andy & team were amazingly welcoming hosts. I liked the simple breakfast spread in the mornings and nothing beats coming back to a warm lodge in the winter evenings!
Nothing.

The staff support was the biggest stand out. The hospitality was amazing.
Nothing to complain about.

Everyone at the lodge was super friendly and gave plenty of advice on where to go and what to do in hakuba. Location was perfect, super close to the main echoland strip and heaps of busses. All facilities were also very well kept and clean. Sanae and Andrew were lovely hosts and Sanae's home made hotpot was to die for!

The property was in a great location near lots of good restaurants and also had a bus stop right across the street that made getting around very easy.

The hosts and staff were unbelievable friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the valley and where to find the best skiing. Rooms were clean and the shared space is great to chill out in after a big day. Location is close to the main strip of restaurants and to bus stops going all over the valley. Hot breakfast is available if that is your style. and Hot pot dinner is also available. Great stay, will be returning :)

The amazing hospitable people who run the place. They were always very accommodating for all our needs. I've stayed at many places in hakuba over the last 10 years and none have ever had the homily feel that I felt staying here. It was like being at home away from home.
Location is perfect far enough that you don't have to hear the hustle and bustle from the main drag down echoland but you're only a 7 min away so it's extremely accessible plus the shuttle bus for the mountains is literally just outside the property.
Andy and Senai (and the rest of the staff) were absolutely amazing and offered such a great experience I will definitely be back for a stay and a gin and tonic with Andy

Andy and Sanae are the best hosts! Great common area with a relaxed, sociable atmosphere, but the lodge can also be a quiet refuge if that's what you want to make it. Warm room, comfy bed, convenient dry room, walking distance to lots of good restaurants.

The owners there are fantastic. Such a homely environment and a great time all round.

Great location. Very close to the shuttle bus that takes you to the mountain, and a short walk to Echoland for dinner. Breakfast was good, as was the hot pot dinner (they only do this on certain nights). A chill place to stay.
