Perfect location and a lovely house.

You couldn't get a better location. The house has everything you need. Comfy bed, excellent shower. Can't fault it.

The garden is shared with the adjoining 2 properties with a small wooden divider in between. This wasn't ideal for our dog, who kept straying over into next door.

Lovely apartment in a very nice location. Everything we needed was there.

Found the front door difficult to lock and unlock especially from the inside. The bedroom door didn't secure when closed so moved when the windows were open.

I enjoyed our stay , the house was small but comfortable. I think for the size it is overpriced

Good location, modern and clean, large bedroom and bathroom , comfortable bed

The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work which made it rather cold. I reported it but got a slow response and was told it could not be given until we were leaving.There is not enough hot water to have a bath then someone have a shower as we found out.

A home from home - great place to stay

The accommodation was lovely. It was clean, modern and had everything you needed to feel at home. It's also very handily located for the local Co-op (30 second walk) and places to eat / drink in Lamlash. Plenty of parking outside as well and dog friendly too which was bonus! Monica is so accommodating as well. Due to ferries being cancelled on account of the weather, we arrived on Arran a lot earlier than we had initially planned. Monica arranged an earlier check in for us which was really appreciated. A lovely place and will be booking again if it's available the next time we go to Lamlash.

A second bin for recycling would be handy! A better drying rack for clothes to dry would be good.

This place was lovely, modern and fully equip with everything you'd need. I can't fault it.

If this place is available, book it! I was contacted beforehand with key key safe number. No issues at all. There's a Co-Op about 30 seconds walk away that's open late. The hotel at the bottom of the road was closed for refurb, but when it's open it would be great for dinner and drink with about 50 feet walk home. It has an oven, hob and microwave. washing machine and dishwasher. it also has a small fridge with small freezer attached, the WiFi is great too. It's spotless. When I'm back in Arran, I'll book this place again for sure

Very comfortable and lovely home which we would visit again.

Bed was super comfy and good pillows

Could not use bath as I need a grab rail to help me get in and out and there wasn't one. Great shower lots of room but again would benefit from a grab rail.

Excellent location and overall the property was very good.

Excellent location. Comfortable property with everything we needed.

No information on key until I chased it through Booking.com the day before we travelled; it would be better to send this a few days ahead. I also tried messaging the host and received no response. We had to clean the fridge on arrival, however the rest of the property was very clean. There weren't enough cutlery or mugs so if the dishwasher wasn't full we had to keep handwashing these. Too many cushions on the bed. Why do holiday cottages feel we want these.

Great Holiday Stay

Up to date cottage with all amenities for cooking washing and relaxing in. Lamlash beach is just over the road which is excellent for dogs. The location and scenery was amazing. If we return would stay again.

Front door lock was very tricky.

Comfortable Apartment

Very comfortable apartment, well thought out, cozy and warm. Close to facilities, pub shop and less than 3 mins from the coast. A good place to stay for touring around Arran.

I think think my only nit pick would be that perhaps a higher fence between the gardens would be appreciated for the doggy community as was only about 20cm high .

The location was excellent. The property was finished in a contemporary style with nice artistic touches and provided a comfortable base for our stay.

Great wee stay in Lamlash. Will definitely be back.

Loved the decor and spaciousness. Perfect wee retreat for a couple. Great location and value for money. Added extras. Coffee,tea ( nesoresso coffee pods brilliant)etc. Washing up liquid and various cleaning products, dishwasher tablets etc both in kitchen and bathroom very much appreciated and great wee touches. Would definitely recommend.
