Cómodo, bien ubicado, instalaciones en buen estado y personal amable.

En Albania el aparcamiento es un problema grave, incluso en aquellos sitios que dicen que tienen parking no es tal cosa. Aquí no tendrás problema para aparcar. Céntrico . Puedes ir caminando a las principales calles y el personal muy amable. Tuvimos dos habitaciones y estuvimos genial. Desayuno súper.

Todo estuvo genial.

El hotel está correcto. Habitación amplia y desayuno normal. Está en una colina y subir desde el centro cuesta, aunque no es mucho tiempo.

Tenían en la habitación un papel con el inventario de la misma e indicaban que si faltaba algo te lo cobrarían. Como mínimo, algo insólito en un 4 estrellas. También amenazaban con multas si sacabas las toallas del hotel. El soporte del papel higiénico era como de las cafeterías, de esos que tienen llave y a pesar de que sólo estuvimos una noche no tuvimos papel el día de salida. Creo que esto deben de controlarlo mejor en el departamento de pisos.

The problem was payment. First of all the hotel does not accept the American Express card that it offers on their site. Then I had to pay in cash. Supposedly my code didn't work. It worked fine at the ticket machine. Damage. Le problème fut le payement. Tout d'abord l'hôtel n'accepte pas la carte American express que sur leur site il la propose. Ensuite, j'ai étais obligé de payer en liquide. Soit disant que mon code ne fonctionnait pas. Il fonctionnait bien au distributeur de billet. Dommage.

the stuff are beginners and the manager too aggressive guy, w don’t know how he is working in hospitality! He deported the clients Very expensive and it doesn’t deserve even half this price

The spacious room with balcony, the quality of the breakfast, the breakfast room/restaurant situated on the highest floor has a nice view of the entire city. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Good stay, close to the Old Town

Big room, with living room, bedroom and bathroom and royal terrace. Clean and with good airconditioning. Breakfast was good. On walking distance to the old town. Good parking space.

Luxurious room and excellent facilities. Polite staff.

Everything was good. But I only slept in the hotel. I arrived at 10 pm and left at 7 am. I can't say much about the hotel.

Friendly personell, good breakfast, good parking situation, nice rooms. They let me charge my electric car for free.

The road to the hotel requires an off road vehicle.

Exceptional

Loved the hotel! This is one of nicest hotels I've stayed in Albania. The rooms were really nice and the property isnt hard to get to. The beds were really comfortable and everyone was really nice and helpful. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Vlore.

Clean and new hotel with nice view on the hill side - good value

The hotel is new, everything very clean and big rooms with balcony. The bed was very comfortable (!), we slept excellent and it was quiet. Shampoo, shoes and enough towels in the room. Also whater kettle and tea and a small fridge. Breakfast was very good, with a good view. The hotel was empty, not many guests. That was a bit strange at the beginning. But then we spoke with Liselt. He is working there and speaks English very well. He recommended us a restaurant with a good view and generally it was lovely to speak with him. So thank you very much LISELT !!

Nice, spacy and bright room with very good facilities and sunny balcony. Perfekt service from reception to breakfast. Nice birthday surprise from the staff

The breakfast is excellent. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. We had a room with a view of the hill, and it was a good choice because there is no noise. The location is good if you don't want a hotel on the beach. We wanted to go to beaches where there are not many people. If you want that, the location of this hotel is excellent. You can get on the road above the city very quickly. In 5 minutes you are on the road and there is no traffic jam. We had a parking place with cameras. Recommend.

Shower...water is everywhere. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, you should be careful not to spill on the dryer.

The hotel is grand and luxurious, the employees were very accommodating.

The breakfast menu was fantastic, a good combination of traditional food and continental items. Very great food!

The AC was a bit temperamental and didn't work for half the time we stayed, but the staff were good to check it out and fix it as soon as they could.

Good choice for couples and family too . Warm welcome from staff , easy to find . Amazing breakfast hot and cold . We got glasses of wine on the room for free , hotel wine , I loved it . Thank you all . Definitely recommended.

Harmony in a place
