About this bed and breakfast

Enjoy our beautiful upscale 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house located in the center of the DFW metroplex. We are located within 20 minutes from the Dallas Cowboy Stadium, Ranger's Ballpark, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. We are centrally located between Dallas/Ft. Worth and minutes from the DFW Airport. The guest house has polished concrete floors thru out, granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed with top of the line linens, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a very large walk in closet. This bedroom has a flat screen television with free wifi and a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite applications.
The living room has a large flat screen television with free wifi/Smart TV and a wood burning fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and service for four as well as microwave, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer located directly off of the kitchen.
For those who love the outdoors, this guest house has access to a beautiful landscaped backyard with a full-size private pool and a large covered outdoor area that includes a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a flat screen Smart television. We also have beautiful pool furniture with 4 full size layout chairs, a table with four chairs and umbrella and a three stool bar table. We have additional chairs if needed. Also included is a mini-refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. This area is perfect for those who enjoy watching sports, grilling and love being outdoors. The house is located directly across the street from the green belt that offers walking trails, fishing ponds and beautiful areas for picnicking. The guest house has a private fence surrounding the property with private parking in the driveway within the fenced area. We will provide you with a gate remote during your stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful guest house. The host have thought of everything that you may need during your stay. Full kitchen if you want to cook, washer and dryer and the bed was comfortable. Diana and Dustin were awesome host very accommodating. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

Just as advertised. Very nice 1 bed/1 bath small house. Pool and outdoor living space was very nice... only wish weather had been better to enjoy it more. Plenty of amenities and supplies provided inside. King-sized bed was very comfortable as well as couch and easy chair in living room. Hosts were great...kept us informed about severe weather in the area. Would highly recommend and will definitelt stay again if back that way.

Freezing temps caused burst pipes a week before our scheduled stay. Owner made personal calls to explain the situation and was very helpful in our search for another rental. Wish we could have stayed there but things happen.

The BEST VRBO ever! Super clean. Furniture and decor are really nice. Good location/ neighborhood and we liked the fenced yard. Weather was too cool for us to use the pool but I'm sure it was perfect too. Seriously, we felt like the owners stayed at a lot of VRBOs and made a spreadsheet of everything they ever needed while traveling and included it in their place. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful host, very gracious . An exceptionally clean home. The interior design was comfortable with lots of room. We wanted for nothing during our time there. I wouldn’t hesitate whatsoever to stay there again in the future.

Our 5 night visit was marvelous, quiet, and convenient to surrounding POI. In addition, the cozy guest house was well appointed and stocked with essentials: Keurig, coffee pot, washer/dryer, plenty of hot water, and comfortable bed.

The owners were outstanding with communication and availability. They were very welcoming. The cottage was stocked with every detail imaginable and was very comfortable. It was a quiet and beautiful place, yet close to amenities. I would highly recommend this property for a couple.

My 17 yr old son & I came in to see friends & go to AT&T Stadium for the Dal./Wash. gm. & had an Awesome time! This is not my 1st time staying at this property but it was my sons. I had stayed here another time w/ a friend & my son had heard all about it. Last yr., due to scheduling issues, we had to stay at another place which was “ok”. As soon as we pulled up & got out of the car I heard my son say, “Oh Sweet!”. I was in total agreement as well as w/ the living accommodations. Deanna & Dustin mk you feel like family & not just a renter., they personify the phrase “Southern Hospitality”. They are available for your every need, question, & have great recommendations (activities, restaurants, etc.) for the area. Can’t wait to get back there for another visit…Go Cowboys!

Deanna and her husband were amazing. Great communication, great people to visit with and just the right amount of space and privacy for a couple. The pool was amazing at the end of a long and hot day and having access to beverages of all types that others had payed forward was a nice treat. We will definitely stay here again should we visit the Dallas area.

This property is fantastic! It is like an oasis away from home. Deanna and Dustin were the best hosts that we have ever experienced. This place was amazingly very beautiful. From the moment you walk onto the property you are greeted with a beautiful landscape view. Pool is very clean, beautiful patio area to enjoy evening dinners. Guest house is very cozy, clean and has a comfy bed. The host were very nice and easy to communicate with. Great place to stay. We will be back soon

Deanna was the absolute best! My husband & I stayed in her perfect, little VRBO when I was in Dallas, for surgery. My husband had EVERYTHING he needed to take care of me (a fully equipped kitchen - internet) and to work. For my recovery I need a recliner to sleep in, which she had. She even made sure that a smoothie blender was supplied, so my husband could make me the protein shakes that I needed. I would stay here again & again!!!!

Deanna & Dustin's Guest Home is the PERFECT location for any length trip! My husband and I really enjoyed being close to everything we could need, and Deanna was very friendly and accommodating. She recommended the best steakhouse for our last dinner before we traveled back home. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking utensils anyone could need, and we were also able to do a couple loads of laundry for less stress upon our return home. I would highly recommend this guest house to any couple or solo traveler visiting the Dallas/Ft Worth area! We cannot wait to return in the future!

While visiting our son and daughter-in-law, we wanted to stay some place where we could have them over for meals and fellowship. Our accommodations could not have been better. Deanna thought of everything in order to make our stay feel like a home away from home. Every detail had been thought through with respect to having the kitchen fully stocked for cooking meals. We used the grill one night and cooked in the kitchen on another occasion... everything you would need was there. The pool was such a blessing on those hot, Texas days and there was plenty of room for sunbathing, enjoying the pool, or eating outside. Deanna was such a kind and gracious host who genuinely wanted to make sure our needs were being met. I would strongly recommend this place for someone who is looking for a nice place to stay while visiting the Dallas area.

Great place and set up. Beautiful pool area and lanai area. Deanna and Dustin were great and fun to hangout with. Guest house is perfect for 2 people and has everything you need. Unfortunately the pool isn’t heated but everything else was perfect.

The guest house was as beautiful as the picture showed. The host was great to communicate with. We were there for new year's eve and she even surprised us with chilled champagne. There was so many little things that left us feeling very pampered and it made the stay extra fun. We will definitely return on our next trip.

We were only able to stay for one night, but the property was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The owner stopped by to say hi and gave us some recommendations on places to eat and shop, which we really appreciated. She also left me a box of chocolates for my birthday which was extra kind.
