Exceptional

Host was very kind and accommodating. Apartment was clean and had all the facilities necessary.

For us as a family it was a little too noisy in the late night

Location was fantastic, the apartment was a great size for up to 6 people, had a lift for people who struggle with the stairs, we have already re-booked this apartment.

Kitchen area is run down could do will a revamp, shower screen could do with being looked at as it allows water to escape and floods the room, which then takes forever to tidy up.

What a beautiful, quirky apartment with great views in Pescara !

This is an awesome place, love the location, what an amazing apartment with its old-world quirks, which we love. There are many little things to fault which I will not mention. Rather looks at it like a Gem. We will be back. The only thing I will mention is there IS a charge for parking sadly.

could not wait to leave

the view and the space

the welcome was poor - no instructions waited on street 30 mins for check in * no working electric kettle * no working tv * no bathroom toiletries apartment needed a good clean . refrigerator was dirty. saucepan were dirty . floor was dirty. bathroom flooded when having a shower. exposed electrical wires thru out the apartment and broken tiles in the floor . so much potential but it fell well short

Wonderful stay despite the rain!

Everything! Stunning location and a beautiful building with so much space. We were well looked after by Luisa and hope to return.

A great place to unwind for a week by the sea

This was the best location in Pescara - right on the seafront. It was a marvellous, untouched, art nouveau building. The hosts were kind and helpful.

I liked everything. The kitchen could have been better but the charm of the owners and the location and attractiveness of the building made up for this.

Great location, warm sea, sunshine and good food.

The location is great, perhaps the best of this area. There is a lift in the house which greatly facilitated daily movement. The city is easy to navigate and everything essential is within walking distance. Many stores had discount sales.

With small improvements to the comfort of living, especially the kitchen, the apartment would be an even more attractive destination. The availability of a shared roof terrace in the house would be greatly enhanced by a few chairs, table and parasol.
