Friendly, spacious, awesome host and house keeping fabulous breakfast - we will be back.

Super host and staff Room spacious, comfortable - fabulous bathroom and shower with great hot water! House keeping excellent - delicious breakfast. Parking. Garden outside seating area.

Great to have a car park but carpark a little Unkept so less welcoming Lovely Pool to sit around with beds and umbrellas - to really be 10/10 - cleaning the lining edge would improve the appearance alongside the wall you face - painted breeze block needs repainting or planting as the rest of the garden is lovely. This shouldn’t put you off the stay as we would go back! Hospitality fabulous.

Never recommend this place to anyone

We had a terrible experience with this place. The apartment that was given to us did not correspond to the description and photos which were on the website when reserving it. The apartment which was advertised on the booking.com was described as Deloux Double Room and it contained beautiful photos of two large rooms. However, in reallity when we saw the apartment, it had one big room and one tiny room ( around 5m3) with bulk bed and no air conditioning! There were no photos of this tiny room placed on the website and no information that the room had no A/C. We would have never booked it if we knew this information!! Of course we didn’t want our kids to stay in such tiny room with no A/C for 5 nights. We felt cheated with the place and the host didn’t offer any proper solution. We were really shocked when one of the offers of the host was to rent another bigger room but for extra 100 euros / night. Therefore, we decided not to stay in that place and find another apartment in Puglia. But the biggest disappointment was that the host refused to refund our money! With the help of the Customer Service from booking.com the host finally refunded only part of the payment. Very, very sad they have such disrespectful attitude to their customers and don’t care about their reputation!

Superb

Breakfast, typical Italian, with tasty, authentic dishes. Very good coffee served in an authentic Italian setting right next to "Indulgenta Plenaria" :). Renovated location without kitsch decorative elements, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Nicky, for the recommendations and explanations. All the recommendations were very good and very valuable. Thanks to him I discovered authentic Puglia, fabulous locations and tastes. Grazie Nicky!!!

Exceptional

Beautiful grounds! Rooms very minimal, large and clean!

The only thing I didn't like was that no one was around which if I had traveled with my husband would be amazing but I traveled alone so I was bit scared at the property all by myself as I didn't see any other guests anywhere.

Perfect

Nicky is really nice and has done everything he could to make our stay the best Kids friendly (baby bed, big room, washing of the baby bottle for me, playground next to the hotel) Cleaning is perfect (everyday) Localisation next to the centre by walk is great and Galatina is a good place to visit Puglia There are lots of restaurants in the center of Galatina Typical breakfast Nice swimming pool Free parking

Beautiful room, great breakfast made even better by the exceptionally pleasant service. A good location for visiting Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli and Galatina is a lovely town.

First impressions of the area where it is located was off putting, however, once we went into the property it was very nice.

Hidden gem - thoroughly recommend.

This was a real hidden gem. From the outside you are really not too sure what to expect, but a fantastic base for exploring. The accommodation was excellent - very stylish. Great sized room. AC worked well. Shower room lovely. All staff extremely friendly. Breakfast one of the best I've had. Very pretty garden and nice pool area - which meant there was a good outside area to relax in. Will be recommending to our friends.

Liked nearly everything. The plumbing is a little compromised - toilet cistern was continually running until we worked out the trick to stop it. Also shower doors don't properly fit so we felt we kept soaking the floor which would eventually damage the flooring. Steps into pool rather wobbly - and probably need securing. This was all that concerned us - overall a great place to stay.

Behind our expectations!

First of all both Nickky and Luigi were so welcoming! - and for us it's worth a lot ! They were both nice, engaging and answered any question we had with a lot of patience and always a big smile. Breakfast was wonderful. , had a nice , fresh and very tasty diversity of high quality products. . You are close to the city center but as soon as you go inside the gates feels like the country. Beautiful ! We Loved the calm atmosphere and the location is perfect as you can walk to the center of the town We really hope to be able to come back some day : )

Very good

The garden with the swimming pool is really nice. The rooms are quite big, totally clean and very modern. We liked the calm and friendly atmosphere and the location is perfect as you can walk to the center of the town.

Traditional italian breakfast without real bread but large variety of sweet cokies etc. No opportunities to get food if you arrive late.

A friendly and beatiful place in an amazing historical city. We loved it!

Li Pappi is actually one of the most beatiful places I we have ever been. Every detail seems to be arranged to make the entire experience beatiful. We took fotos from design destails as an inspiration for our own apartment. Apart of the hotel. the City of Galatina was amazingly beatiful and one of the best positve surprises of our trip trough Italy. We have been very happy and with all our heart do recommend this place. Useless to say that the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent and they have nice pool. Everythinkg here breathes quality and good taste. The entire hotel is claim for excellence. Thank you and chappeau!

There was literally nothing that we did not like in this hotel. We loved everything!
