Molto consigliato

La struttura è molto pulita, nuova e sulla strada di tutti gli hotel più belli. Non è vicina al centro di Varanasi ma credo sia impossibile avere un hotel di questo livello vicino al Gange. È ad una mezz’ora dal Gange. Ristorante molto buono, abbiamo mangiato solo a là carte e davvero ottimo. Camera grande con doccia e vasca e tutto l’occorrente (shampoo acqua in bottiglia ecc)

Das Dinner Buffet war nicht gut, kaum Auswahl. Dafür war es mit 1400 Rupien (ca. 17 Euro) für indische Verhältnisse außerordentlich teuer.

Overall great stay, will defintely recommend to anyone visiting Varanasi, it’s a nice retreat when you’re done visiting

Location was great, quiet approx 5km away from downtown, temples and ghats. Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Transport easily arranged by hotel and has full day option. Food is clean, tasty and reasonably priced (also 24 hours).

Bath towels need to upgraded to match property’s branding

Felt like home, we absolutely loved this hotel. Superb in even the finest little detail.

Excellence in every way, right down to the tiniest details. LOVED this stay. An added bonus was Ajay Singh who manages the Travel Desk in the lobby. Ajay organized wonderful sightseeing for us and went the extra mile to personally ensure we were looked after. He is a kind, knowledgeable and highly respected man who is able to open doors to places that others cannot.

Everything was superb, the staff, the service, the amenities, the restaurant, the travel desk support! Only drawback was on our last night they held a huge corporate function in the basement that literally shook the hotel with its noise. This became quite distressing but they did eventually move our rooms to help.

Good stay except Wifi facilities which were poor despite being in a commercial location.

The room rate paid was high relative to the hotel and class of amenities. Somehow with this tariff even breakfast which is a standard feature was not included and separate rates were applicable for buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner which was high for a location like Varanasi. This was informed to us at check in.

Wifi is pathetic and connections on phone were on mobile data for all 3 nights we were there. I did have work to keep abreast of, but wifi was often unavailable though every call to the front desk was responded to promptly. The system and process for wifi itself is faulty. With only Smart TV's in the room this is something the hotel seriously needs to look at. Its constructive feedback from a person who is well travelled and was happy with Front Desk, Bell Desk, In Room F&B, Housekeeping.

nothing

ac was not working, it was not fixed even after complaining. cleaning was not good. they didn’t clean the room even after complaining. they were not sending proper cutlery even after informing while ordering meals. overall I felt they have untrained staff. Also, they have shortage of staff which made my stay very uncomfortable even after spending huge amount.
