Perfect location. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Excellent location in Sliema, close to the bus stop and the city center. The host was pleasant and easy to interact with. Although I did not try breakfast, it appeared to be OK. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Although it was not misrepresented, I didn't like the fact that there was no shower cabin in my room, only the shower and toilet.

We had a good time at Lee’s House. It was in a central position, near the bus stop and the ferries. Breakfast had some options and it was always fresh. The room itself was spacious and the air conditioning saved us from the heat. The owner was nice and really welcoming. We were able to leave our luggages after check out without paying anything so that was also a bonus. We highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Sliema.

The location is super convenient, especially when exploring Malta with public transport as I did.
Lee is a very accommodating host and super helpful if you're looking for tips and recommendations. It's also nice to chat with him over breakfast :)
The house overall is a very charming older building.
I had the ground level room. The windows point to the inner courtyard, making me feel a little exposed. Some of the furniture, like the chest of drawers is a bit worn. But overall the room was very homey.

Exelent Breakfast good choice and home cooked. Some personal touches like home made bread pudding and Lee's choice of local cakes from the bakery. If you wanted more just ask and Lee will provide. Great conversations with plenty of advice on where and how to visit,
The coffee!!! Fresh made coffee would be nice but then i'm a coffee addict..

Everything was actually OK. The hosts are really very pleasant people. The room I had was large, with a small kitchen corner and the bathroom separated from the living area with a completely transparent glass wall (might be useful to know). Re breakfast: travellers should not expect a complete continental breakfast, with bacon and eggs and so on. You can eat as much as you want but choice is limited (however with sweet and cold cuts) due to the fact that it's a small structure with only 6 rooms, and food waste must of course be avoided. Due to the age (but everything renewed) and structure of the building the stairs to the rooms upstairs are quite steep and unfortunately there is no possibility to install an elevator. If arriving in the dark with self-check-in it might be a good idea to have a small torch (also a smartphone torch is OK) with you to be able to read the small numbers on the small padlock to open the letter box.
I cannot say that there was a really negative point, except perhaps the breakfast hour, which was a bit too tight (from 8.30 to 9.30) especially if you have to go to some meeting. For holidays it might be OK. I was there for two nights. The first morning the hours did well with my programme, but the second morning I had to be at the venue at 8.00, so there was no way to have breakfast there.

The location was great and room was clean. I liked the top room even though I have to use a cane for walking most of the time. I even liked the bathroom glassed off area but this was a room for my use only. One of the best things about this place was Lee. This proprietor was very helpful with things to see, ferry schedules, and told me a great way to get to terminal in early morning hours for half the price of a taxi and more convenient than buses. He also provided me with Gluten Free bread when he found out that I was Gluten Intolerant!

Everything was great, the ownwer is the best. Breakfast was sufficient and with enough options to choose.

the best thing was the location without doubt just a few few minutes from the front shops harbour restarants bus stops
the host was not been running the guest house long so he had was a little inexperience at certain things like bringing your
next course of breakfast whilst you were still eating your cerael and the breakfast table was only small there was no light on the patio to sit out later at night which was annoying just small things really

Cosy studio with big terrace, where you can sit in the morning and enjoy the view
Stairs! They were extremely steep, for sure Studio is not recommended for families with small children, older people or if you have heavy luggage.

We really liked the nice staff, the easy access to the hotel and the perfect location : very near to every facilities (buses, ferries, restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.)
We didn't like the fact that there was a school right behind the hotel, so we were up at 7.00 every morning!

The eggs at breakfast were fried fresh which was the only food highlight. The bathroom was beautifully tiled and the ceilings in the room were very tall. The room had tons of sunlight and the private balconies were great for morning coffee. The room was very quiet most of the time (except weekday mornings/early afternoon when there were children playing outdoors next door).
The bed feels like a cement block - it is very hard and gave me back pain from sleeping on it. The bathroom smells terrible, like a sewer. I tried opening windows and covering all bathroom vents but nothing worked. When I asked for someone to fix it they sprayed air freshener which covered the smell up for only 10 minutes. Multiple kitchen appliances were unplugged on my arrival (fridge, vent hood, kitchen hot water heater) and even once the kitchen hot water heater was plugged in there was no hot water. An employee inspected it and said it would have to be fixed after my stay ended. There were no sharp kitchen knives so I was unable to cut an apple and definitely could not have cooked a meal in the kitchen. The internet was very poor (1 Mbps download) and had to be reset multiple times per day. There was no hallway light switch outside the door to my room so at night I had to walk down the stairs to turn it on then walk back up to shut the room door.

The location was perfect, near bus stations, ferries, shops and restaurants. Lee is exceptional host, he helped me and my mom with our bags, because it was second floor and no elevator. And everything you need he will help you. Room was very big and clean.
Breakfast was tasty but it could have more options, cereals and fruits, etc.

Not only was the accommodation clean and comfortable, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made sure all of my needs were taken care of, and each morning they served an amazing breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were always happy to accommodate any special requests.
I liked everything about this stay. Perfect match!

quiet, but good bus connections, ferry, shops and restaurants are only a five minute walk away; very friendly and helpful owner; good breakfast

Having been to Malta on several occasions I opted for this property based on its location which was in an area that I am familiar with. The cost was very reasonable for my 5 day stay. I stayed on a room only basis so cannot comment on the food that was available. The room was clean and spacious with a small balcony which was an unexpected bonus. A fridge and micro wave were also available. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I would definitely consider using again.
The access to the room (2) I had on the first floor was up a staircase with very worm treads and the hand rail was a DIY job that was attached to the wall at a different pitch to the stairs. An accident waiting to happen.

I liked the accommodation because of the location, it is near the ferry or bus stop. Walking in the city was an experience. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and the host was nice. My boyfriend and I had a great time, I definitely recommend it.
