Frühstück war ok. Zimmer passabel - Betten gewöhnungsbedürftig. Späte Anreise war gut geregelt.

This is our third stay. And our first trip back to Austria since Covid. It was great to see the hotel and town again.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel right at home and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.
The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. We opted for a family room, and it was perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the space/bunk beds.
One of the highlights of our stay was the lounge area with a stunning view of the mountains. It was a perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes and take in the breathtaking scenery. The skyview lounge was beautifully designed and offered a good selection of drinks and snacks.
The hotel's location was also very convenient. It was located within walking distance of the town centre, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Despite visiting at the end of the ski season and arriving to no snow, the hotel guests were incredibly kind and helpful in pointing us to the nearest skiing areas.
The staff at the hotel were also a standout feature. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were especially impressed with the housekeeping staff, who kept our room spotless and tidy throughout our stay.

clean and comfortable
Waiting for hot drinks during breakfast is too long. Required to ask for drinks despite several orders. Breakfast good but choice limited to a minimum.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bar was great upstairs and breakfast was lovely.
Very close to the train line so quite loud and rooms were very hot.

Great location, beautiful mountain views from terrace / restaurant, parking place, very nice and clean room, very good breakfast, kind staff. Highly recommended!

The view from the lounge is nice, breakfast tasty. Staff friendly, parking (although paid) ample. Good Italian place just across the road. Cablecar nearby to get to the top of the mountain. We didnt use, but each bed has its own TV and curtain infront, so you can live in your private cave.
Didnt find a good way how to dry sportswear (shirts, pants etc) in the room. The alacarte menu in the restaurant wasn't to our liking - too many fermented products. The trains are passing the building during the night, so if you are light sleeper, think about it. Closing the window isn't possible either - not enough air and too hot to sleep then (atleast in August).

Breakfast was a challenge - there didn't seem to be enough bread, scrambled eggs etc., so everyone had to keep asking for things.
The hotel is next to the trainline - a lot of trains pass by especially at night - there is no AC so when it's hot it's necessary to keep the windows open at night - and you practically get the feeling that the train runs through your room. After a couple of nights you get used to it and don't notice it, but to be honest it's annoying.

Hotel itself, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and swimming pool. welcoming staff and guest pass.

All staff are very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The breakfast is great, healthy and they catered for our vegetarian diet. Location is amazing, lots to do in the area and they even include a card with discounts for activities in the area (the free access to the local pool is brilliant).
Room got very hot and no real way to cool it down. Small shop in the hotel with essentials could have been helpful. Could have been better/more vegetarian options on the hotel bar menu.

Near the railroad tracks, noisy if you have an open window.

this hotel is in an amazing location, bunk beds were brilliant for children and the bar is fabulous!

Great view of the mountains from the upstairs Sky-Bar! Very friendly staff. Super location downtown for going skiing or hiking.
Our room was facing the railroad tracks, which run directly next to the hotel, so sleeping with the window ajar is not an option. With the windows closed, it was bearable, although train and traffic noise still comes through.

Very nice place in the centre of town. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff. Near train station, which is convenient for travels to Kitzbuhel and other places, but on the other hand - the passing trains are quite noisy especially at night if you have windows facing the tracks.
