Nice quiet place to relax, nice people I met...

I have to appreciate that the residence house owners behave more than friendly and I felt as at home, as belonging there. As far as I remember all my stays in Croatia at Njivice Krk, Malinska Krk, Milna Brač, Orebič Pelješac, 2x Stari Grad (Zadar, Paklenica) I have to point out Croatian hospitality during all times including those afterwar... And my stay at Belenum in Plat belongs to all of them.

A little tiny bathroom shower corner.. (But I am a little bigger.) :-)

Fabulous accommodation hosted by an amazing family

Beautiful room within this gorgeous villa. The gardens are magnificent and it was a plus seeing the family of tortoises roaming about the place! We stayed in the Comfort Double Room - it was so lovely and comfortable, and nicely decorated - balcony fabulous, with the most amazing sea view. Little kitchenette just to the side, was very useful. We can’t praise the hosts enough - a lovely family and mum Pavica went out of her way to ensure we were happy and well catered for. Lots of steps to access the property from the car park and a fairly long walk to the beach, but this did not trouble us at all as we enjoyed the exercise! We highly recommend this wonderful property

Amazing feeling just being on the grounds. Not actually I. Mlini but In nearby town Plat, where apartment has great access to beaches with cafes. Cozy apartment where we did less to unwind so we could do more by exploring towns. Hosts are kind pleasant and eager to please.

Superb

The property was amazingly beautiful with lovely gardens, patios and a breathtaking view. Our apartment turned out to be a studio without cooking area but there is a public kitchen outside with two large outdoor dinning areas on the patios. The balcony is the best with a wonderful garden + sea view. The hosts were very friendly and offered us drinks and cakes. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a shared laundry room for the guests.

The renting turned out to be managed by a third party agency so we couldn't communicate directly with the hosts for arrival and departure. Also it would be great if the shower could be more modernized.

Very nice location, in particular if you travel by car. Calm. Beautiful sea view. Very warm welcome. I was allowed to stay till 6 pm for check out without additional charge.

WiFi connection a bit unstable. No shop in the village, nearest in 3 km. not easy to find - no indication at the main road.

Place worth to stay longer

Great location, close to the see. Clean and nice room with balcony, that you can watch sunsets for free. Nice garden with space for afternoon coffee and barbecue. You have kitchen annex for your own disposal. You can chose between two beaches and public swimming pool with beach bar. Private parking. Close to Dubrovnik, that you can reach with water taxi. Very friendly and informative owners, who welcommed us with coffee. Shortly speaking it is really nice place to stay, that we would like to visit again.

Wonderful calm place with clean sea and many small beaches around

Our expectations were exceeded: it is a real paradise for those who want to have a good relax in calm and picturesque place where you can daily enjoy the sea view, singing of birds and warm welcome of the hosts.

Very good time there. The apartment is nice with super nice hosts

Super nice hosts, they are very helpful. They fulfilled our every request, and they found solution for everything very fast. Apartment is very nice, well equipped. Panorama from the balcony directly to the sea. Parking place is nice, big enough for number of aparments. Garden is beautiful, with a nice pond and there is a very good place for barbecue. Few minutes walk to the beach on direct stairs.
