Осталось очень приятное воспоминание об этом отеле. (кроме выезда зимой)))) Приеду еще. Спасибо.

Отличное место. Окна(балкон) прямо на море. В номере отлично, очень чисто. Практически новое белье, сантехника, все работает, достаточное количество розеток. Есть небольшая кухня, плита, чайник, все приборы. Были в январе, в номере очень тепло, постоянно есть горячая вода. Из плохого - неудобный подъезд (через дачный кооператив), узкие извилистые дороги, маленькая стоянка (на все номера явно не хватит и парковка платная, 50 грн\сутки). Когда выезжали - начал идти снег, выезд в горку стал скользким, подъем - невозможным. Хорошо - собралось штук шесть машин, полтора часа таскали песок с пляжа и выталкивали вверх друг друга. )))Если бы на поезд(самолет) - то опоздали бы. Если бы выезжал, когда никого нет - то не выехал бы. Бронировал через Букинг (оказалось со всеми скидками на 200грн в сутки дороже чем в гостинице, ) там произошел какой-то сбой, неправильно было указано число гостей. Администратор решил этот вопрос , позвонив кому-то. Без особых проблем. Осталось очень приятное воспоминание об этом отеле. (кроме выезда зимой)))) Приеду еще. Спасибо.

Все чудово.

Рекомендую. Персонал дуже приємний. Завжди усміхнений , один позитив. Якщо в вас виникли питання або якісь непорозуміння вирішить вашу проблему за декілька хвилин.Взагалі дуже приємні враження . Все створено для того щоб люди дійсно відпочили.

Great place to get some rest with a family. Clean and wide beach, great personnel.

it's great that beach starts right outside the door of the hotel. not that great that there's not a lot of parking space near to the hotel and the road to the hotel is narrow. Kitchen and included breakfasts were good and always in time, but the variety day to day may be improved, cause there was none :)

Cosy and nice accomodation

Everything was ok. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Women at the reception were super helpful and nice.

Unfortunately I can’t say the same about waiters in the restaurant. They were insanely arrogant, unhelpful and unpleasant. They ruined the whole experience of our stay, which could have been very nice and enjoyable. And also the wifi was very slow and I had almost no signal at my room.

First of all I booked this apartment but they took out the money from my account 5 days before my date of booking withou

It was clean and a private place

It was clean but nothing around it no supermarket it was not close to city is just a resident area for family vacation next to sea nothing fun around just quite place from all the noises and the fact they gave me a different little room. From the room I book was annoying and taken out money from my account and even paying for car park in the hotel I booked for 1710 per night was very annoying

Comfortable few days at the beach - family and pet-friendly

The apartment is well equipped, has a terrace with beach view. Kitchen utensils were new and clean. The staff did their outmost to help and make us comfortable. Breakfast on the beach terrasse is stunning and the selection of fruit, oats, coffee good. The beach and location is very family friendly and we felt welcome. Might be an issue if you dont like dogs and cats being around as it is also pet-friendly.

The beach is relatively close to the container harbor (not sure about the water quality for swimming) and really not close to Odessa town. The restaurant meals were good, but there were no options besides this one. A supermarket is at 2km for self-catering.

Very relaxing stay and nice room.

wonderful balcony and right on the beach. Neighborhood was very crowded and it was almost an hour to get to the city center of Odesa. Nothing nearby for shopping or restaurants and their restaurant was closed.

Location could have been much more easily accessible with more opportunities for shopping and restaurants. Too far away from everything but the beach.

. view from Terrance (enjoy the sunrise) . beds are comfortable and bedsheets are clean . toilet and kitchen is clean. . kitchenware . beach is clean and warm .breakfast is delicious but very small portions. . staffs are nice

We stayed at Apartment with terrace . Need to pay for parking fees 50uah per day . There is sauna in the room but you need to pay . No slippers in d room but you can buy from them . Can order breakfast in room but need to pay 10% for bringing foods ( breakfast from 9am 🙄) . Ordered a room with jacuzzi but it didn't work ( call and ask them about jacuzzi in advance) . Room was very sandy ( they didn't swap at all) . There is a stair which is very dangerous for the family with kids.

Very nice place

The place is great. It's right on the beach. The rooms have pretty sea view and small balconies. The hotel is new (3 years at the time of our visit) and you can tell it.

The stairs to the rooms are fairly steep and narrow. It's a minor thing, but not very convenient with a small child.
