Close to the beach and city centre, it worths its money.

What was really great, that this apartment was very close to the city centre ( about 3-4 minutes by walk ), and also close to the beach. ( 8-12 minutes by walk ). It has private parking area, but about 2-300 meters away from the apartment. Caffee bars, restaurants, bakery/pekara are close to the apartment also. Room was clean and big, we had view for the road. We had a common shared terrace which was quiet, so it was restful for us. Apartment has somehow only 2 *, but I think it worths 3.

Unfortunatelly, host was not speaking english, but we could understand each other, so there were no problem, he was a very kind and helpful person. The maid was speaking english very well, so there were really no problem. To reach the apartmen, you have to go through a long hallway, for a taller guy it can be inconvenient.

This is a good option to just spend the night. But be ready to sacrifice some comfort.

The location and price are good, compared to other accommodations in the area. Location is very central and walking distance to everything you need. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Parking is free, but is not actually next to the accommodation. It's located about 300m away. I understand it's a budget accommodation, but it's just inconvenient. Upon arrival, you can park on the sidewalk in front of the accommodation and carry all bags inside, but then you must move the car. The owner is a friendly Chinese guy, who speaks very bad Croatian and no English. An employee from the Chinese shop next door (same owner) helped us out. I'm a tall guy, but I still need to point out that one of the corridors leading to our apartment had a ceiling that was so low, I had to bend my back and put my head down to walk through it :) Also, the room is suppose to have a balcony. But it's not private. There's one big balcony shared between 4 rooms.

Perfectly adequate place to sleep that’s not too expensive.

The Croatian woman working there was really nice. Location was great. Fridge in my room was a nice touch.

Had to share bathrooms with many other guests...despite asking for a private bathroom before booking. One of the bathrooms on the top floor had mold and wasn’t very clean...towels provided were really small. Weird musty smell in the room i stayed in. But everything was bearable - not great but alright. If you’re looking for a place to sleep in a good location - perfect. Also - there’s a common kitchen where you can use the utensils to cook etc. Of course you have to clean everything.
