Superbe séjour dans un bel endroit, au calme et avec une piscine de rêve !

Confort, propreté, ambiance calme et sereine, personnel souriant, piscine absolument incroyable !!!!

Honnêtement tout était parfait ! Pour dire quelque chose : une machine à café de plus en salle de restaurant ne serait pas de trop le matin, mais c’est un détail !

Das Abendprogramm täglich von 20:30 bis 23:00, sowohl im Hotel als auch von den benachbarten Hotels, schlafen vor 23 Uhr daher unmöglich Abendessen erst 19:00 Uhr, wir hätten 18 oder 18:30 sehr begrüßt

Great modern standards for facilities, but lack of service excellence

The room size was exactly what you expect as a modern standard, I mean 30+ m2, same goes for the terrace/balcony. The properly working air conditioner and a comfy bed and a coffee machine were all exceeding expectations. Good selection for breakfast, coffee from Jura machines was very good.

If the cleaning service see do not disturb sign, they would not bother coming back for the whole day no matter if the sign is not there any more. For same reason we were declined a late check out, essentially not to complicate the routine of the cleaning service that seems to be an organizational bottleneck at this hotel. We wish the breakfast has a longer hours and the juices were tasting bit too chemical from those machines that mix water with concentrate.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean, with lovely pool, spa, restaurant and bars. Breakfast was varied, everything was delicious. The bar had unparalleled cocktails, a special THANKS to the barman Andres for the excellent caiperinia

The mountain view room on the first floor is quite dark, we turned on the light even during the day. It is better to take a room overlooking the pool, from the upper floors there is a beautiful view of the sea

Fantastic pool and pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The room is very spacious with comfortable beds and amazing shower, we also had a balcony facing the pool which was lovely. Everything was spotless clean. Gym is small but has all the main essentials. The vibe in this hotel is extremely relaxing. If you are looking for a quiet vacation to fully recharge, this is it. Highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back.

Background music (though not loud) by pool area gets a bit boring after a while, as it keeps playing the same songs every day. Hotel provides beach towels, however if you want them changed/clean it is 1EUR per towel. Parking is 5EUR per day, a bit pricey considering we planned a long stay.

Excellent and clean hotel, with just a couple of downsides for early risers wanting to sleep before

Great hotel, well managed and very good location. The place is very, very clean but they will need attention in the showers as it is near the sea. Good breakfast, nice spa and gym.

The music until 23.00 was a bit too much as it competed for music all around the town! It is impossible to turn off the balcony lights. This makes the hotel look great but it is not very eco friendly. Also, for early risers the 23.00 automatic cut off is too late.

Love you guys.

This was our second hotel of the holiday and we absolutely loved it .. it’s super clean , new and beautifully looked after. Super friendly staff , amazing location and we will be back soon. Breakfast and dinner suited our family including a difficult to please teen, very nice food, good selection.

Superb

The location is superb, Santo Tomas is a very quiet place with an outstanding beach, and Seth 55 is just off the beaten track in a very relaxed green corner of the town just a few minutes from the sea. The swimming pool is the best one we've ever been in, and all the personnel at the hotel go over and above with their service. We can't wait to go back!

I would expect water to be served for free, especially considering the price of a stay. That was the one flaw in our stay.

Hotel was very good, but amazed that there were TWO Seth Hotels with almost identical names !

Buffet meals and excellent staff

Not a beach front location as I had planned. Disappointed that I had booked the 'wrong' Seth Hotel. We were told that this was a very common mistake ! Yes it was my mistake, but easily made.

Comfortable, relaxing and a lovely 3 night treat to end our family holiday in Menorca.

Modern, clean, friendly and efficient staff. The food was buffet style but a good variety of dishes.

The window in the bathroom, whilst a lovely design feature, made it a bit awkward if you are not a couple and want privacy, the teenage children didn’t like it!

you could not get a soya cappuccino or pay cappuccino in times where it’s really not that u usual not to drink milk you could not get it !!! also it’s fine that breakfast is buffet but at least serve people their hot drinks ! having to queue for a coffee machine is just not 4 stars for me at all

Excellenr, new 4 star hotel at the edge of San Tomàs

Technically, you can’t fault this property. Newly built, fastidiously clean, immaculate rooms, competent staff, great facilities, amazing breakfast….

As I said, the Seth 55 definitely ticked all the boxes required for an excellent 4-star hotel. However, I have to say it did seem a bit soulless ….I may be being pedantic, but there was nothing to warm the heart, no ‘special touches’ that made it stand out from any other 4 star hotel….(sorry!).

That was our fist trip to Menorca, and it went fantastic. The hotel exceed expectation - new, clean, great design, fantastic room size and facilities.

Very nice stay

Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel very clean and in excellent condition Good choice of food. Drinks ok priced.

Standard of dress of some guests at dinner was very disappointing. Suggest introduction of a dress code for dinner such as no beach or sportswear. Guests from another hotel were using the restaurant and standards of dress were very poor, not the standard expected when staying in a 4*sup hotel and paying the associated price.

Lovely vacation at brand new hotel

Excellent customer experience. The hotel personnel was very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast and dinner buffet superb and the facilities amazing. We loved staying at the hotel and come back if we ever come back to Menorca

The DJ session one of the nights was out of place and didn’t fit the type of audience at the hotel. But it wasn’t a real problem as all the music would stop at 23h.

Amazing Stay to explore Menorca

Room was amazing: Big room, big and confy bed, nice balcony and really nice walk in shower. Swimming pool is incredible, super long and you can swim really good. Location as well really good, 5 min walk from Santo Tomas beach as well as from a pharmacy and a supermarket. Really easy to visit the island by car as from Santo Tomas it takes 30 min to every part of the island. Friendly staff. A great plus that they let us do a late checkout for a fee. Parking available for a 5euro/day rate.
