Nous sommes rester qu'une soirée, nous aurions bien prolongé mais c'était l'heure du retour. Merci.

Tout était très bien. Equipe souriante et accueillante. Super chambre. Bonne literie. Facile à aller en ville à pied. Petit déjeuner au top. Très bel établissement.

The stay was memorable and the staff were exceptional. We will be back 🙂

The location, the facilities and the staff. We are arrived early and the receptionist allowed us to check in early. Hugo was so professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We originally were booked for 1 night but added an extra one because we liked it so much 😊

The breakfast food was lovely The evening meal was just ok, but the wine and staff made up for this. Plus it was great value for money!

De l'accueil à la chambre en passant par la piscine et les repas, tout est soigné et agréable!

La chambre est lumineuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons largement pu profiter de la piscine et de ses équipements car il y avait peu de monde. La grande verrière donnant sur de la végétation donne un aspect bucolique et chic à la piscine! Quant aux repas, petit-déjeuners et diners, ils étaient copieux, variés, et appréciés.

La piscine pourrait avoir des horaires d'ouverture plus larges.

Excellent staff, fabulous location and facilities

I was particularly impressed with the staff. Katia in the restaurant area who assisted me when I had dinner by myself and Severine in Reception who arranged for me to check in early.

perfect location, totally renovated hotel, great pool & SPA area, very big & comfortable room will all the facilities

Great location - close to the town centre for shopping/dining and the beachfront. It’s clean and simply decorated rooms are well designed and everything in them worked fine. The small indoor leisure pool is a bonus. We had a parking space in the hotel’s own car park.

It’s bathroom was a bit tired. We felt the hotel lacks character.

Disappointing

Comfortable bed Short walk (about 1/2 mile) to town past beach restaurants, Le Gulf Stream excellent, avoid La Barbade. Free parking but only space for about 12 cars so arrive early.

Unacceptable stains on carpet. Carpet not hoovered when the room was serviced during our stay, Dirty windows. Toilet paper very thin and no tissues supplied. Toilet was separate to the bathroom with no hand basin even though there was room for one. Basic fittings similar to cheaper hotel chains. There are lots of steps to climb from the carpark, awkward with heavy luggage, There was a restaurant but evening meals not available unless you were staying a week apparently. Lots of instructions in the room that stated that the entrance and bar was open until 10pm. On the 11th April both were closed at 9.30pm on our return, luckily we had taken the entrance code with us. We requester when we booked months in advance that we could have a sea facing room as it was our wedding anniversary. The request was ignored and our room was overlooking the car park without even a balcony.

breakfast very good and good value. very nice hotel in a good location if you are fit! Free car park.

NO evening meal on offer for short stay residents?? Why with a lovely restaraunt only for break visitors? Nearest restaraunts a good 10 mins away.

Peaceful location a stones throw from the beach.

Very friendly helpful staff. Great location. Very peaceful.

Seating arrangements at breakfast! On the first day we seated ourselves, nobody said there was a seating plan. No problem. On day 3 we were told that we were not allowed to sit in a certain part of the restaurant. Day 4 we went back to our original table and were told we weren't allowed to sit there! Ridiculous. It would have been fine if someone had told us straight off where we could and couldn't go.
