Carbet Lodge sits in a wonderful location with spectacular views over Broughty Ferry down to the sea. only a short walk to shops and some fabulous restaurants. A quirky property, tastefully furnished and equipped with every modern convenience set within beautiful grounds.

Fantastic place to stay in Broughty Ferry

House was spotless and beautifully decorated. Spacious and well equipped, with everything you need at hand. Situated in a great location within walking distance of lots of independent shops, restaurants and easy travel links to Dundee. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others.

We enjoyed every evening in the beautiful cabet lodge!

Very comfortable house, lovely bathrooms, very clean, everything we needed.

Such a lovely location, good selection of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay.

The house was absolutely great. Just as the photos show. Clean, and very comfortable. Top of a very steep hill which was a bit of an issue for one of our company who has health issues, but we just got taxis. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Location excellent. Within walking distance to shops and beach. Lovely home with lots of character. Furnished to a high standard in a modern style with everything you need. Accommodation was spotless.

The garden furniture was a bit of a disappointment compared to the excellent furniture inside the lodge.

Another great stay in Broughty Ferry

Great location and property was immaculate. It had all the things you need for self catering and more. Lots of room and privacy for a family of four. Space for one car to park and also free parking available nearby.

Not overly keen on the mattress in the main bedroom but that is all.
