Super, môžem iba odporúčať Boli sme ubytovaní so psom a dieťaťom, pes zadarmo a aj detská postielka Izba bola oveľa väčšia akoby sa zdalo, super vybavená, veľká kúpeľňa s množstvom ukladacieho priestoru Cítili sme sa komfortne, radi sa vrátime

Die Lage. Die Größe der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war unsauber. Die Schlafcouch habe ich 15 min mit dem Staubsauger bearbeitet. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war genervt und unfreundlich. Das Equipment in der Wohnung war teilweise defekt (Kühlschrank , Beleuchtung, Kaffeemaschine

Das Apartment war groß, ruhig und in bester Lage von Heviz. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Dieses Apartment ist für ein Thermalbadbesuch bestens geeignet. Es ist Alles fußläufig. In der Küche waren alle notwendigen Gerätschaften zur Selbstverpflegung vorhanden.

Die Küchenausstattung ( Geschirr und Besteck, sowie mal ein scharfes Messer ) könnte etwas besser sein.

Its fresh and clean and close to thermal lake (swimming rings and- special thanks! - dedicated bathrobe and towel for thermal provided too, as well as 10% vouchers). My cheap attic room have AC which was silent and useful even in June (I recommend to leave it ON at 26 it 25 when you go to sleep, heat from the roof comes in the night) For price paid I cannot complain and amongst Heviz apartments with kitchen and washmachine and parking its very strong option

General lack of exghaust ventilation - neither from mitchen area nor from bathroom. You have 2 small attic windows at same side of building, even for 1 person not enough fresh air. There is nice lounge with pool/snooker table in the basement, but, where is air to breath in it? Typically for Heviz: no mosquito nets, fridge sometimes a bit noisy, general sound insulation weak so your privacy depends from behaviour of your neighbors, industry vacuum cleaner without Hepa or water filters. But, again, for price paid its very good - I saw many branded hotels with same weaknesses at 2 and 3 times higher prices!

Exceptional

The owner was very helpful and even though we arrived before check in, the lady came to hand over the keys and accommodate us earlier. Very quiet location and yet so close to the city. In the accommodation you will find towels, bathrobes and a ring for staying in the local thermal lake.

Apartment-type accommodation (living room with kitchen plus separate bedroom) with luxury furnishings and equipment, clean, soundproof, outdoor terraces, quality wifi, safe parking, relatively close to the thermal lake. Very good communication with the owner of the accommodation unit. I recommend with confidence!

Great place to stay in the heart of Hévíz

Very nice appartments, with all comfort👍 Only 10' from the thermal lake, and 5' from the city center and its shops. The touristic train stops down the road (first on the right). And... a great billiard in the basement 😉 Free parking inside the residence

After a while the air conditionners put themselves in E2 error mode. And you don't know what to do. After a night on Off position, it worked again. Please add a notice for this

Lovely apartment on a beautiful quite street, 5 mins walk from the center. Strong WiFi!

The building of the apartment is very nice and located on a beautiful leafy street only 5-8 mins walk from the center of Heviz and a lovely park. Restaurants and shops are all walking distance. Nice restaurants nearby with good food and good service. The lake is about 10-15mins walk away depending on your pace. I booked the apartment in the attic, but it was still spacious and nice. No balcony. The kitchen is well equipped to make breakfast and light meals . The key handover was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly return myself! The parking space is a little tight and probably not enough for all if the building is fully booked. However during my 4 nights stay I never had any issues with parking.

Superb

Hévíz is a nice town and only 10 min by car from Balaton lake on top of that. Apartment in Mona Lisa was smaller but accurate for 2 adults. Kind host, clean and modern room, strong and fast wifi, enough storage space, well equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning was working and it was really necessary with temperatures between 33-37 °C! Downtown and lake are only a few minutes of pleasant walk but down the hill so it is not for seniors. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Mattresses are a little bit harder than we are used to but it was manageable. No cable or SAT TV, there are only a few channels in Hungarian language but it is not a big problem with fast wifi. One night the AC stopped working and we couldn't switch it on. Display showed some strange code which was not listed in the instruction manual I found in internet. It was hot night thus we slept badly and I was ready to call host in the morning but I tried to switch it on after I woke up and it was suddenly working like nothing had happened. But these are very small issues which can't ruin our excellent impression of our stay in Mona Lisa and Hévíz.

Some strange marks on the wall which is behind the bed. It seems like somebody his snot to the wall just above the head if you are lying on the bed.
