Access to public transport which made it easy to get around Berlin
The apartment is located towards the rear of the building which you access through a shared hall and court yard. It didn’t feel particularly secure.
We couldn’t find any instructions and therefore found it difficult to use the hob for cooking.

Easy access to rail links, great amenities and very clean.
Nothing, it was really good.

Verder super

Conventient location. A great bonus was the set of chairs and tables in the backyard. We were positively surprised about the silence (if work had not been going on in the neighboring flat). Great that a selection of teas was made available.
In one room to which we had no access a dryer was in operation for some hours, which caused some unpleasant smell during the first night. The kitchen is well furnished, but why are we expected to buy oil and vinaigre, which we then have to throw away after leaving? Can not a bit of such essentials be provided, so that one actually can use the kitchen (and that less food stuff lands in dustbins)? The handling of check-in and check-out was very rigid. Some flexibility would be appreciated.

Location was good
We were a group of 6 so asked for more than one set of keys as soon as we arrived. Contacted our host numerous times throughout the trip and was either ignored or said they would get back to us. Never got an extra set. Made it very inconvenient as we had to coordinate what time everyone was coming back to the apartment

Great location. Quiet at night. Supermarket close by, transportation ideal.
Some windows were difficult to open. Shower a little small. Nice washing Maschine, but no place to hang washed close to dry. TV impossible to operate..

The location was close to public transport. The apartment was very clean and spacious.
We arrived a bit early. We asked to check in early at the time we booked the apartment on Booking.com. Two months later literally 2 days before arrival, we were denied that option. Then we asked if we could at least store our bags. We were allowed to do that. When we arrived at the apartment we dropped our bags and asked the owner if we could take a look at the property because we had some bad experiences during this trip with properties not being the same as advertised. We were asked in a very rude tone "WHY? " and denied that option. Also since the apartment was at ground level the windows were not well secured. I wish I asked for an apartment on the upper levels.

Brilliant location, really close to Schönhauser Allee ubahn Station which made travel round the city really easy. The apartment itself is on the ground floor off a quiet courtyard but is a stones throw from many shops, cafes, transport, and a great kids park which my daughter loved! Really comfortable and generally well equipped plus spotlessly clean
Biggest bedroom could do with more hanging space for clothes and it would have been helpful to have an oven but this wasn't a massive issue

Good location, staff were helpful.
No oven, No separate sitting area.
