Perfect choice for spending a nice time in Tartu

The apartment is verry big with a big balcony,warm and cozy

Everything was more then I expected . I was staying in the apartment for longer time and I was feeling like home

Exceptional

Very nice and fully equipped apartment for individual travellers or two persons. Parking and children's playground in the backyard can be seen from the window. The quiet and green area in general, is suitable for evening walks, not very far away from the city centre, bus stop on the next street. Dog-friendly apartment. Easy to communicate and receive keys. Recommend if you need to stay in Tartu.

Good appartment location if you go for a rave

Easy entrance. How accurate and clean the room was. Kitchen tools were just all we need. There were enough towels.

Shower stand for shower gel.

Superb

Easy arrival and departure. Spacious room, great kitchen and bathroom. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Sofa-bed could be a bit more comfortable for sleeping.

One of my favourite stays in Tartu

The apartment has everything you need just like at home: - laundry powder, cooking oil, salt/sugar, tea/coffee. So you can wash your clothes and cook dinner with no problems. The couch bed is comfortable to sleep on. The room is warm and quiet. There are lots of power outlets. One of the few places that's not stingy with the toilet paper quality.

Small but functional.

The appartment was better than expected. Despite the relatively small room, all that we needed was there and of good quality. Well equipped kitchen, functional table. Everything clean. Good WiFi.

Compared to other appartments we booked during our trip we found this one a bit overpriced.

Would have given a 9 or 10 if the bed was comfortable

I honestly would have given this place a 9 or a 10, if only the bed had been sleepable. But it was very very very uncomfortable. The place was near perfect, we loved the apartement for its interior, location, safety, quietness, parking - everything. But the main thing when you book an apartement is that you want to sleep there. And the sleeping was incredibly uncomfortable. Would definitely book again, if they put a regular bed in the room instead of a couch, there is plenty of room to even add a bed and leave the couch in.

Nice apartment but hard to sleep

The apartment is modern, with good furniture, clean. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

There are no blackout curtains so it's impossible to sleep. The ventilation is noisy so that also doesn't help to sleep. Would have preferred to be on a higher floor. No bed, only sofa bed.

Amazing

We loved the apartment! It was so clean and nice and so close to the city center (4 stops with the bus). It had all the utilities we needed working perfectly and enough space to handle 4 people. The host was nice and responded quickly and everything went smoothly. We stayed for 10 days and it was a beautiful experience.

Everything was amazing!! I totally recommend this place.

Easy check-in. Parking lot. Big windows. Everything new and very clean. All in all very nice place, warm cozy new building and the apartment.

Perfectly efficient apartment in modern, quiet building.

It was clean and efficient room, well stocked kitchen, simple, modern studio feel. Good access to grocery stores.

Location is quite drab, on a street where there's constant traffic from 7am-7pm, on the dull outskirts of otherwise cool Karlova district. Its perfectly efficient place, if somewhat characterless.

Great place to stay for two (or more) nights

Cozy apartment with kitchen if you want to cook. 24h Prisma is in 7-minute walk distance. It is possible to find scooters nearby and leave it near the apartment.

Water temperature switched from warm to too hot and then to too cold and then back to warm a few times during the shower, which was a minor inconvenience

Very good

Everything was easy, communication with host, kitchen was equipes very well with some things which are needed for cooking as well. Quite property and absolutely new built.

Sofa was not comfortable for sleeping at night. Better to have bed not a sofa.
