Everything! Friendly, helpful staff, small but well designed bedroom with modern, clean bathroom. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Excellent location, we will definitely be returning.
Nothing!

I liked the good staff of the reception of the hotel they were very welcoming and helpful. I also liked the private parking that the hotel have although it can be tricky to find at first arrival.
The air-conditioning of the room is noisy and you cannot put it off. The rooms are not well insulated and you can hear next door room.

it’s clean
nice people
cozy rooms
good breakfast
parking free but 200m
room with the view of the see means - view to the see side because there is no any view.
we got the floor 5 but our neighbor had such a noisy kids so we asked about change the floor so the view of the see is the view on the street.
I asked about higher floor but probably is expensive category. so the lady from reception chose bad reviews then gave us better room.

Good breakfast with fresh fruits, much more than Italian standard. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Best location with Continental, which not all hotels can offer: near to the beach and to the city centre and though calm enough to sleep well at nights.
You can always find something to criticise: e.g. the shower cubicle could be bigger, but in other rooms it’s for sure fine. All in all tutti bene.

Sorry, no good words. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!!! Unless you don’t mind paying big money for a mediocre hotel.
We maybe had to do some more research- as we now read reviews which match our experience. It doesn’t measure up with the standard three star hotels, and I would rate it a two star hotel. I travel a lot, and mostly choose three or four star hotels for my stays, but I’ve NEVER experienced this.
Bad organization and relatively bad solutions are offered with no compensations. We booked a superior room with sea view, see the picture to admire our beautiful view on another building. When I asked about this they told us we were staying in a superior room as it was a little bit bigger than the standard room. (I really don’t want to know how small the standard room is, as only a king sized bed would fit in ours). After this perfectly normal conversation in which we didn’t make too much fuzz about it, the staff didn’t speak to us anymore and if we asked something they just would be very rude and look nasty at us. I didn’t feel safe at all and was afraid they would do something nasty in our room…
The hotel rooms aren’t clean. Hairs (of strangers - previous guests) and dirt are found in small corners. Smacked bugs are found on the walls and the curtains have blood stains (see pictures). They put: sea view- but the view is on an other building. The balconies don’t have a table, just two chairs. Parking is a little walk and has no security. It just stands outside of a two-star hotel (an actual two star hotel), day and night. If you’re attached to your car (or you have an expensive car)… be ready to feel uncomfortable leaving it there.
The breakfast, besides a small variation of choices- it’s just gone if you come a little later. Breakfast is till 10:00 am, but everything will be gone by then. Who comes first, gets most. That’s not hospitality…
We don’t mind paying big money, but for this…?!!
From the start my boyfriend just wanted to leave the place. We weren’t sure if we would get a refund. In hindsight we should have asked what our options were. This was just a waste of money!!

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean.

3 stars hotel but 4 stars services. The rooms are small, but comfortable and very clean. The stuff is always friendly. Loved their private beach and the beach bar. We will definitely return.

Close to city center. Good breakfast. Next to the beach.
Poor parking space. Old windows. Mosquitos!!
