Great location however, hotel was tired and needs updating. Breakfast was a strange mix of bread cold meat and sauces plus a pot of honey?
The room was very dark, couldn’t get window to shut properly

The challenges started when we first checked in. Despite booking.com clearly stating they take credit cards and a sign in their lobby stating the same they told us we had to pay cash. Then they refused to give us a receipt. Finally we paid in cash and got a receipt but I've never had more trouble paying for a room.
Next, they wouldn't fix the AC. Despite numerous complaints from guests about the heat. Finally that was resolved five days into our week stay.
The breakfast was simple and the same everyday. Internet was intermittent. Bathroom was really small. The location was excellent and the price was decent too.

I think the location was great and the staff were really kind. Even though it’s not the most luxurious the facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff also tried their best to meet every one of our needs.
I think the cleaning service should be done on a daily basis instead of asking the reception desk to send someone to clean everyday.

We had a lovely stay here. All the staff working there are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good, rooms spacious and comfortable. It is located centrally with lots of great and varied restaurants nearby.

Large room. Excellent location, close to many things.
Small bathroom. A little cold.
Did not accept cards, had to withdraw money.

Staff was very friendly and helped me with a lot of questions. Breakfast was great and location is excellent: a quiet area near the city center. This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Baku
The room was a little dusty and pipe in a bathroom was leaking but it didn'y bother me during my stay

The staff the owner were too cooperative, helpful and nice. They even gave us breakfast out of their breakfast timings. They loved our daughter and look after her a lot.
The hotel didnt have lift/elevator. We had to pick our heavy luggage from the stairs. Also going out with a baby and stroller without a lift was very inconvenient.

Literally I liked everything about the hotel, it was absolutely amazing! as Visitor, I moved from 3th hotels in the city and clover hotel was my 4th, it was exceptional period that make me extend my stay to more 4 days as I felt so much Comfortable and Save! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. I was pleased with how Mr Leo Tural was incredibly friendly and helpful. and also the hotel manager Mr. Behbud, he was way more than extra mile not just making sure about our experience in hotel even outside of it. he checked for us transportations and making sure that we will not be defrauded. it's a very cozy hotel (only 12 rooms) but this really makes you feel at home .For getaway trips or anyone coming to baku I will highly recommend this hotel.
Restaurant was tiny & small and menu wasn’t the best, None of these things ruined my stay,

I found it absurd and unprofessional to ask for a marriage certificate for couples. Keep in mind when you book this place.
