Tucked into a palm tree-lined neighborhood on the southwest side of Marco Island, this home is just minutes to white sand beaches and plenty of water sports in the wide open ocean. But it's also conveniently situated just a few miles from a supermarket, gas station, and retail shops along San Marco Road.
Step inside this home to feel at ease in its comfortable breeziness, featuring spacious rooms with tiled floors, ocean-inspired decor adorning the walls and surfaces, and Florida-colored furnishings. Kick off your sandals to relax in the living area or den, where cable-equipped televisions provide the afternoon entertainment. (Please note that TV channels are limited, and that overcast weather can affect the signal.)
A screened-in pool welcomes days of splashing around under the sun or relaxing poolside to work on your tan. And just beyond it sits a private dock - perfect for driving up a boat or casting a line into the waters below.
When your group gets hungry, head into the well-equipped kitchen to whip up a homemade feast. Use its updated appliances, spacious countertops, and variety of cookware to grill up your fresh catch.
And when the main course is ready, eat together at the six-seat table inside or dine with views of the pool and dock in the sunroom connected to the living area. You could even enjoy a meal in full sun at the poolside table.
Up to six guests are accommodated in three bedrooms. There is a king bed in the primary suite and two double beds in each of the other rooms.
In the morning, wake with a fresh cup of coffee from the kitchen coffeemaker, and get ready for a new day of adventures. Ready for some road trips? But if you'd rather just spend the day at the beach - it IS Florida after all - Tigertail Beach, one of the state's most beautiful beaches and a great place to find shells of all varieties, is less than three miles northwest.

The property offers a beautiful view, but overall, it is poorly maintained. The front landscaping is neglected, the screen patio is falling apart, and there is an ant problem throughout the house. Additionally, the trash was never picked up during our entire stay. When I stayed here a few years ago, it was much better maintained. Unfortunately, neglect has clearly taken its toll. While the view remains impressive, it is now the only highlight.

Pool and view were great! Older furnishings but comfy! Grandparents and family were in town visiting for a high school graduation. Plenty of space for everyone.

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was thoroughly cleaned and tidy. The fast Wi-Fi and upgraded appliances in the kitchen was a plus. The best part was the view from the pool area; we were able to see all sorts of wildlife in the inlet. Definitely would recommend!

We have stayed at this home before. It’s an old home but has a beautiful view and usually a nice pool. When we arrived the pool was fluorescent green! It had not be attended to in quite a while. I called immediately and was told Vacasa would alert the local manager. I called 3 times the first night, sent 2 emails … nothing. Called again 3 times the 2nd day, sent numerous text messages, and another email. The problem was never corrected. Just disappointing to rent a home and not one local manager reached out to correct this issue. We were not able to use the pool at all during our stay.

unfortunately We did not have a stay at this property. From the first day when we entered there was an unbearable smell of old and musty. I reported this situation to Vacasa’s customer service and it was not solved. From the first night We had to rent a hotel and we have to go. My 75-year-old mother was with me and I couldn't expose her to this source of respiratory disease. My one-year-old niece started with allergic and right now she is admitted to the Nicklaus Children hospital with a respiratory. it is an irresponsibility of the owners of the property and it is an irresponsibility of vacasa. Vacasa customer service never gave an answer.

Upon arrival there were dolphins in the canal.
Saw several different types of fish from the dock. Close to beaches, and is this neighborhood quiet.

Beautiful views!
Comfortable home with beautiful views. Lots of beds for large groups. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. The pool was very cold but could be because we stayed in early May. Overall very nice!

View is gorgeous however the home is horrible.
Everything (especially the furniture) is old and outdated. The smell that comes from the old carpet is horrible. Air fresheners did nothing to help the smell. Vertical blinds did not work and were broken. No tv in the master bedroom. The channels were extremely limited. The tv in the living near the kitchen changes on its own so do get comfortable with a show. Tv in the one of the other bedrooms did not respond to any of the controls (the cable box was broken). Broken washer, air conditioning filters clogged to the point where the air was hardly flowing until my husband literally removed the filter so we could get some air. WiFi was in and out half the time. The shower knob was broken and inoperable in the master bathroom, therefore leaving my husband and I to shower in the other restroom. The property manager offered our money back due to knowing about the existing problems, however due to we were only there for 3 nights it was too short of notice to find another lake front home for such a short stay so we had to deal with these issues. Aside from the home, the view is however lovely and fishing from the doc was great. The owner really just needs to invest in his or her’s property because that home surly doesn’t match the surrounding homes on that block.

The pictures of the property are very strategic and don't show the run down condition. We chose the house for its amazing location on a huge canal facing West for sunsets in the pool. We called to pay for the pool heater 3 days before stay and no response. Called back 1 day before trip and we were told the pool heater is broken and will not be fixed. They offered to move us to a house 1 hour away which was not feasible. When we arrived, no paper towels or pump soap, the bath mats and carpet were very dirty, mold on shower curtain, washer and dryer broken, screens by pool / outdoor dining knocked out so bugs bites, mifi puck (NOT REAL WIFI) does not work, beds rock hard - list goes on. 4 light switches crackled inside from electricity issues being very dangerous, so we could not use some lights. Do not book this property!!!!! VRBO will not help after a trip btw. We had to work with Vacasa (house management company with little priority on satisfaction) and did receive very small refund for inconvenience but not acceptable for the awful stay. Book somewhere else to enjoy Marco

Disappointed
The day of check in, they sent an email saying no early check in due to COVID-19. Which was fine, except for the fact housekeeping was still cleaning at 3:55. The freezer had a dripping popsicle all over the place. Upon arriving & pulling back the blinds the patio, 3 blinds fell down. Same way in the bedroom. The bathrooms were INFESTED with Ants. They are all inside the shower liner, the floor, the kitchen counters, etc. There was ant traps so clearly they knew there was an issue. Should’ve had it professionally taken care of before renting it out again. Ants ruined groceries since you can’t cook on the counter space with the ants crawling. I emailed VACASA 3 different times, one of the times being the operations manager with no response. Wifi is basically non-existent. We will not book with VACASA again or recommend. Pretty view though.

Beautiful home on Marco Island
Great spacious home for the family. The view from the back is absolutely beautiful. We did catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming by.
The property manager did notify us of the two broken screens in the pool and I truly appreciated that heads up.
The public beach access requires a bit walking so bring a beach wagon. It would have been nice to have access to the resident beach.
Overall it was absolutely beautiful. The house is stocked with supplies for cooking and enough space for 6 adults.

Beautiful home on Macro Island
What an amazing home! Our family enjoyed this spacious home with a magnificent view. As you are relaxing in the screened in pool or sitting on the dock you May even get a glimpse of dolphins swimming by. We did. This home has everything you need for your vacation. It was clean. The only downfall was the internet being slow but that didn’t damper our vacation.
Highly recommend bringing a beach wagon as the public beaches do require a little walking. The closest beach is private to residents and renters but we did not have access to that beach.

Quick stop on Marco Island
Nice spacious house with a great view! It was exactly what the description said. The only issue we had in the two days we stayed was getting the WiFi to connect. Many other places we checked out required a minimum stay of 4-6 days so that was another bonus to this property.

Stay Here for the View!
The house is lovely, but the view is really the draw here. Dolphins, manatees, you name it--the sunsets are breathtaking as well. Rooms/bathrooms are well-appointed, kitchen could've used a good scrub down. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Very bad experience
It is an old property, which is not well maintained. The doesn't invest any Money in this house.
Furniture very old and used. TV not useable. Only Commercial channels.
Chairs and table at the pool really dirty, old and rosty!
The Barbecue Grill is a disaster
