הצוות של בית המלון (במיוחד אולגה) פצה על האי נוחות בו.

הנציגה אולגה בחורה מאוד נחמדה שירותית ומקסימה . הבית מלון נימצא במרכז. הכל קרוב ומאוד נוח.

החדרים מאוד קטנים והמיטה סטנדרטית 140 ,אני ובעלי אנשים לא קטנים . אין מסעדה בבית מלון (לא ניתן להזמין עם ארוחת בוקר). אני מעשנת ,יש פטיו שניתן לצאת אליו לצערי מהבניין ליד כל ער היה רעש חזק של גנרטורים,לא ניתן היה לנהל שיחה .

Buen hotel pero no un 4 estrellas

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca del centro y con recepción 24 horas, nos dejaron dejar la maleta antes de nuestro check in y despues del check out. El personal de recepción muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, nos pidieron un taxi para la estación de autobuses.

LA habitación bastante sin más para las estrellas del hotel. Con vistas a una zona poco cuidada y la ducha no tragaba bien por lo que se encharcaba al ducharse

Excellent overall.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean, excellent temperature in the room ideal for freezing January nights.

I would not hesitate to give a straight 9 or 10 as I have done in the past elsewhere but here I was struggling between a 7 and an 8 simply because during my first night there was excessive noise coming form the front desk area. People chatting, loughing loud, occasionally slamming doors, with some music every now and then. With my room located on the ground floor and right behind the front desk area all this was not easy to miss or to ignore, especially as it carried on well after 23:00. Now, there are two possibilities: Either the staff were having a little party with some friends or the guests were being noisy with the staff not stopping them, and I do not know which one is worse in my book. The noise died out shortly after midnight, yet again, if I wanted to stay in a hostel I would have done so. The second night was dead quiet, although I had to leave in the middle of it. I understand that this may have been an one-off, and they guys were super nice and friendly and I am really struggling with the rating here as I do not want to be unfair, but still. Could do with an overhead lamp or light on the desk too, but this is minor compared to what I mentioned.

В целом, не плохо, но будьте готовы к подъемам в 8 утра, если номер будет на первом этаже

Понравилось расположение, чистые номера, ежедневная смена и дополнение банных принадлежностей, приветливый персонал.

Не понравилось то, что в 4 утра мыли пол, удары швабры об стену было очень слышно. Но после замечания девушка прекратила. С шумо изоляцией проблема в гостинце. Так же в 8 утра началась уборка: работал пылесос, громкие разговоры. За счет сильного эхо в гостинце, это слышали все. Поспать, увы, не удавалось, хоть и на ресепшене мне выдали беруши по просьбе. Считаю, что уборку нужно начинать на часа 2 позже, как минимум. Кухни в гостинце нет, соответственно, завтраков тоже. Но есть альтернатива в виде круассанов и кофе на баре. Мини бар тоже пустой, но был рабочий бар в холле.

Zeker een aanrader.

Locatie is precies in hart van Chisinau . Schoon en mooi. Personeel aardig.

Heel veel geluid van buiten is te horen binnen . De hotel is gelegen naast een kruispunt . De tv verbinding was niet goed.

Senza infamia e senza lode

La posizione logistica era perfetta per il mio uso.Il letto era abbastanza confortevole.Il personale è stato disponibile alle mie richieste.

Un Hotel di un certo livello dovrebbe essere più "Signore". Avevo prenotato 15 giorni prima nella stessa struttura con una tariffa non cancellabile e purtroppo mi fu cancellato un volo per causa maltempo, perchè nevicava molto a Chisinau. Ora, hanno tutte le ragione del mondo, perchè la tariffa non prevedeva il cambio dei giorni, ma non certo dovuto dalla mia volontà, e non è che non mi sono presentato perchè ho cambiato il mio programma, ma perchè il volo è stato cancellato. Niente, ho prenotato un'altra volta, e mentre la compagnia di volo mi ha spostato la data del mio arrivo, l'Hotel mi ha risposto che la tariffa non era modificabile e che quindi avrei dovuto ripagare. Benissimo, hanno ragione loro, si tengano pure 50 euro, ma sappiano che "signori si nasce", e loro non lo sono nati.

Good place for a short stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Upon my request the receptionist called a taxi for me. The place isn’t far from the railway station

The location is a bit far from the city centre. And when a new guest comes into the hotel, I guess, it’s expected to turn to this person in English or country’s official language instead of any other one.

Un sejur placut cu decor minunat de Craciun.

Sejurul a fost unul placut, personalul amabil, am gasit produse pentru baie, prosoape destule, decor de Craciun superb in hol, a fost cald si bine. Paturile fff comode, am gasit si cateva posturi TV in limba romana. Cafeaua buna, mi s-a pus la dispozitie si fer de calcat.

Camera a fost foarte mica, din imagini pare mai mare. A trebuit sa trecem peste pat ca sa ajungem dintr-o parte in alta. Doar cateva posturi TV in limba romana.

Resepsiyon çok ilgili Ebru Olga isimli çalışan çok ilgili çok yardımcı oldu biz istemeden gideceğimiz restaurantı aradı rezervasyon için ayrıca odada teknik bir arıza varmış kısa sürede hallettiler gecikme için Jest olarak odaya geldiğimizde bir şişe soğuk şarap bizi bekliyordu.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

If you don't mind noise this is a great little hotel

Great location, clean, well equipped and well furnished rooms.

Sound insulation was non existent. Large gaps under the room doors mean you can hear every noise from the corridor. Road noise is horrific all night even with all the windows closed.

Чистый и уютный отель, доброжелательный и внимательный персонал

Чистый, уютный отель почти в самом центре Кишинева. Идеальная чистота в номере, ежедневная уборка. Удобная и просторная кровать. Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный. Порадовало, что отель очень красиво украшен к Хэллоуину. Спасибо, с удовольствием вернусь снова сюда при следующей поездке в Молдову.

Очень приятно отдохнуть

Хочу поблагодарить всех сотрудников отелям кем мы общались за гостеприимство и внимание. Большое спасибо Анне, Ольге и Вере! Очень хороший персонал! Надеюсь мы ещё встретимся! Отличный отель, всем рекомендую! Недостатков нет!

Мелкий недочёт: слабовато течёт вода в душе, слабый напор воды. Остальное все супер!

Above and beyond

Booked this hotel for my parents for one night before flight and they were absolutely satisfied and met their flight well rested. Great location with easy public transportation access and sightseeing within walking distance. After booking manager provided her direct contact in WhatsApp, which was very convenient way to stay in touch from abroad. Friendly staff, always ready to help and fullfil requests. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Прекрасный отель! Персонал всегда вам поможет. Бар работает круглосуточно, то есть водичку можно взять в любое время. Очень приятная атмосфера. Красивое лобби. Чистые номера. Меня заселил в номер Владислав, очень приятный сотрудник помог с такси. Горячая вода в номере есть. Если вы попросите утюг или чайник вам все принесут в номер. Так же есть халат и тапочки это большой плюс. Обязательно вернусь еще и еще в этот отель. Спасибо за уют.♥️

Not worth the money

The location of the hotel is really good, I think it was mainly the only highlight during our stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

The shower was broken and even though we informed the staff and they said someone will come and fix it, this did not happen. It was a real struggle to take a shower, the water was running onto the pipes, not through the shower head. It took a lot of time to take a proper shower. This is unacceptable at a 4 stars hotel. Another minus was the fact that they do not have an option for breakfast and no parking available. The only parking we could find was near the hotel, random on the street, we were lucky that we did not have any problem that we left our car there for the whole stay.

Нет халата, не приятный запах, бутылки воды в номере, цена на баре взвинчены в 5 раз, на ресепшене молодые ребята, которые все забывают и орут по телефону, я находясь в номере слышала как они общаются.

Не советую ! Ужас

Итак, сразу хочу сказать что никому не советую этот отель. Первое , отель забронировала с 23.09-24.09 с ребенком. Дорога была долгая и прилет должен был быть в Кишинев в 02:00 ночи. После того как рейсы переносили , я писала в отель ( оплата сразу сняли) и говорила что мы приедем но когда не знаем. Просила продлить номер , так как выселение в 11:00 , в итоге после 15 часов перелета мы добрались в отель 24.09 в 10:00 утра, уставшие;((( измученные и голодные ! Нам пришлось доплатить чтобы остаться хотя бы до 16:00, так как через час уже выселение. Нам дали карточку , мы зашли в номер, и в этом номере спит сотрудник отеля, на кровати с голой попой. Сотрудник отеля нам сказал чтобы мы подождали пока этот номер уберут, нагрубил , нахамил , и сказали что больше нет свободных номер. Я была просто в слезах. Через час заканчивается как бы оплаченный номер, тут сотрудник хамит и говорит мне как клиентке подождите за дверью после него уберут! Хамское отношение ! На уступки никто не захотел идти., после того как в слезах просила номер , дали другой номер, в котором воняло так хлоркой , что выехало глаза! Отель отвратный, отношение ужасное! Девушка на рецепшн извинилась , но что извинения после такого
