There is nothing not to like about this property. Interesting location with beautiful views and historic interest. Exceptional and caring staff. Very comfortable and soothing environment. Unbelievable spa facility. Delicious food.
We liked everything about Euphoria Retreat and will definitely return

The spa was really top quality and the personnel very polite and professional.
Out bed was too soft . The breakfast was not as organic as expected.

The hotel is beautifully situated right in the centre of Mystras. We first visited just after it opened several years ago and it was lovely this time to see how the trees and shrubs have grown up, making the hotel blend beautifully with the landscape. The bedrooms were very comfortable with great beds and a fabulous shower. The spa was very welcoming and the breakfast ample and tasty.
As last time, we visited in the spring and the spa pool was only open inside .. the outside was closed over and I can see why heating it would have been prohibitive, but given that, i dont see why they didnt build a bigger indoor pool. Swimming in the admittedly very stylish pool is quite difficult! Otherwise all the spa facilities were excellent and well maintined.

The nature around the spa is beautiful, and the only positive point I can think of.
This is undoubtedly the most overrated hotel I've ever stayed in. The food at lunch and dinner was abysmal, and the worst I've had in Greece. Tastless at best, revolting at worst, and the a la carte menu never changes. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurant options around the spa, so given the rainy weather we were held hostage to its "cuisine ", resulting in my friend getting food poisoning.
The service is also nowhere near a 5*. While many of the staff did try their best, some of them desperately need retraining. Eg: when I asked one of the staff where the hiking trail was, she told me she "didn't have time" to explain. The cleaning lady also woke us up one morning, despite the DND sign clearly being on. A lot of small things, which don't add up to a professional 5 star.
The spa treatments were overall underwhelming, perhaps because I regularly frequent these types of spas. However, what I found astonishing is that they do no ask female customers if they're comfortable with male therapists, and simply try to impose them upon you by surprise. This happened to my friend, and I immediately told the spa receptionist I only wanted female therapists for myself. She assured me that I would only be booked with them, and half an hour before my massage she informs me that actually it would be taking place with a male therapist. I obviously cancelled it, but was disappointed as I'd been waiting and looking forward to it.

the spa facilities are amazing

The food is excellent and varied, prepared individually for each guest. Internet is very good. The service staff is fantastic, with the exception of the SPA reception workers. Activity managers are professional. Beautiful walking every day in the mountains with one time swimming in the mountain spring. Paradise on earth.
SPA reception staff do not respect guests. After what happened, I didn't want to order any more massages. When eating, cats jump on the table and eat with you from the same plate. A little scary.

A superb destination

One of the best experiences of my life!! They truly embrace the meaning of a holistic healing/balancing experience; from nutrition and the food menu, to the weekly activities and the spa experience. The price is totally worth it for what is offered overall! The service is exceptional, the facilities top notch and the location is beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone either for a small break or a longer immersive experience!!

Overall it is a great hotel in a historic location. The design & concept is really great and it is a nice choice for relaxation and spa facilities
Wifi coverage in our room was disappointing (Each room has a private wifi, but in our room the coverage in room desk was practically non efficient) .

Everything was very good service and courtesy. the place. The facilities. The cleanliness.
The food was served beautifully and aesthetically but in our opinion very tasteless and one menu that does not change so at some point we gave up some of the meals. We stayed for five days other than that everything was perfect and too bad we did not enjoy the food

Marina the owner and the staff are very welcoming helpful and friendly, I booked for 4 days and extended for a week, the classes and facilities are very good.

It is a 5 star facility, with beautifull sauna and spa facilities, and a average restaurant with healty food.
It felt like a complete rip-off! A 5 star facility with one star hospitality. A terrible athomsphere, where they do a lot off efford to rip you off. Ckeck in took one hour, and only after agre-ing to pay 180 euro additional on top off a bill from 1850 euro for two nights (with couple treatment), for a minimalistic room with only one bottle off water. We more like the hotels were they also care about their guests.

Perfect for a getaway weekend! We went for 2 nights we spent 7hours at the spa in 1 day! You should def try try hammam treatment!
