SUMMARY
This is a beautiful and cozy townhome which offers 3 bedrooms plus den and 3 bathrooms. It has been updated with fir cabinetry, hardwood flooring, exposed beams, natural stone, heated floors, plasma TVs, modern artwork and a private hot-tub spread out over 3 levels. The location is perfect for any activity in which you may choose to be enjoying in Whistler as you are just a few minutes' walk from the ski in, ski out, endless amounts of walking and biking trails, lost lake or golfing! You are also on the free shuttle route which is just a short ride to the shops, restaurants and all of the amenities Whistler Village has to offer.
Enter on the main level to an open entry way that gives you plenty of space to unload all your gear which also leads you to your private single car garage where you can securely store your skis, boards or bikes along with a boot drier! On this level you also have in suite laundry and a full bath.
Walk down a few steps and you are welcomed into an open concept living area with beautiful exposed fir beams and a river rock gas fireplace. Here you also have your gourmet, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, De'Longhi Espresso Machine, custom cabinetry and granite counter tops which opens up into the dining room. After the day's activities enjoy pure relaxation in the forest views from your private hot tub located on the patio off of the dining area which also features a BBQ.
BEDROOMS
Upstairs you will the find the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, private balcony and an en-suite with a double sink, soaker tub and stand-up shower with rainfall shower head. Next to the master you have a bedroom with bunk including a twin bed over a double. Continuing up to the top floor there is the third full bathroom and den space adding an extra living space to spread out. The den has a TV and a pull out queen sofa bed for additional sleeping. Through the den is the third bedroom with a queen bed.

The property was easily able to accommodate a family of 3 and a family of 4 for a long trip. The kitchen is very well stocked and the spaces are well set up for dinners at home and hanging out together. It’s an easy walk to the Blackcomb slopes or a quick bus ride to Whistler. (But I would not characterize it as ski on/ski off - as you have to cross a major road to do so on the spearhead trail). We would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice property. The setup was great for our family and the Hot Tub located on the Deck in a private location was awesome! The bus service that will take you to both Blackcomb Upper Village and Whistler was very nice. We had a wonderful time with no complaints about the house... The floor warmers were awesome and the management company was very good in communication.
Would recommend to others.
My only issue was this is not a ski in ski out place unless you like hikes in ski boots and skiing through trees.. use the Bus.

Great experience renting this property. While the price upfront at reservation didn’t match the final total, the property was as advertised and a perfect fit for two families (2 couples with 3 kids combined). The hot tub was a wonderful way to end each day on the slopes (the boot warmer was also a nice treat) in addition to how great the proximity of the closest run was.
There should be a better map and description of the walk to the slopes to make it as short and easy to the guests, so they don’t have to work it out themselves, but was a simple discovery.
The biggest complaint would be the incredibly small washer/dryer but we managed just fine and overall had an incredible time.
We would absolutely stay again after making sure the price difference wouldn’t happen again.

As a family of five travelling from Perth, Western Australia for our first time in Whistler our two and a half week stay made it wonderful staying in Crystal Ridge as a home away from home. We had our own hit tub after full days snowboarding both mountains and it was a lovely retreat at the end of the day. Highly recommend if you want the local living feel. Great bedrooms, kitchen and able bathrooms which was a must. Easy living, TVs and whilst a town home felt like lots of room for teenagers and adults to spread out. Aloha Whistler Accomodation group were excellent to deal with. Five stars!

The property is in a great location, is roomy and well appointed. I would definitely stay there again.
That said, there were a few inconveniences. Notably, the bottom drawer of the dishwasher is broken and the kitchen faucet has only one setting - full blast! Both of these things made clean up a challenge. We were in the unit for 2.5 weeks and wouldn’t have been concerned with these small things in shorter stay. But for a long stay, it got a little tiresome.
Other than that- loved our time!

Superb property, great service from Aloha
This property is exactly as pictured and more. Super clean and modern and very convenient. The staff at Aloha are exceptional from start to finish. The property is very close to the bus line and easily accessible for ski in and ski out. It's about an 8-minute walk to the trail that leads to the base of the Blackcomb Gondola. You just follow a path in the back of the condo that you can see from your hot tub. If you prefer, you can also ride the #5 bus down, but it's not a bad walk at all.
Beds were very comfortable, and the heated concrete floors were a real treat. I really have on complaints whatsoever!

This property was in a great location with great amenities. Enjoyed 4 days on the mountain. We were able to walk to the Blackcomb Gondola everyday. Also walking distance to Whistler Village.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Layout of the rooms is nice, plenty of space. Hot Tub is very enjoyable and space in the garage for the bikes. Would definitely recommend!

Accommodation at Crystal Ridge with Aloha Whistler
Our stay was very enjoyable. We were a party of 4 Adults with 3 children aged 4, 2 and 1 yrs old.
Staff person Eva was very helpful and receptive to our needs. The appliances and facilities in property was high grade and excellent.
As we had young children a high chair and cot would have been very useful, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.
Being on the free shuttle bus route was excellent as we spent a lot of time going to Whistler Village.

Great place, even better customer service!
We just stayed at this condo for Ironman Canada, and we couldn't have been happier. It was clean and well-stocked. It was my family of 4, and my sister's family of 4 (all kids 8 and under), and it fit us nicely. My ONLY complaint was lack of A/C, but I think it was unseasonably warm last weekend, so it wouldn't be needed 99% of the time (I believe most people I talked to in Whistler did not have A/C either!).
There is a path right behind the condo that took us right into the Village. If you're OK to walk for 15 minutes or so, you'll love the location! I recommend bringing a bike or renting one.
The property manager was wonderful about reaching out to us before and during our stay. If we go back to Whistler (Ironman 2019?) we'll be sure to stay there again!

The property is well taken care of. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space, including bathrooms. It was very quiet and peaceful, which resulted in good sleep and restful afternoons.

Great spring vacation!
The condo was prefect for our family. It was spacious, well kept, clean, looked like it had recently been remodeled and furnished nicely. The location was great! We never used our car as the bus was too convenient. Best part was it was the greatest spring snow we have ever skied in!!!!! Loved the resort of Whistler!

Nice place!
Stayed here for a week. Bedroom spaces were nice and the upper bedroom with a den was perfect for my daughter/son-in-law and 1 yr grandson. Gave them a little extra room. Baths are nicely updated. Living area could use another "comfy" chair. Kitchen was fully equipped. Hot tub was nice! Trail behind the house was convenient in walking to the slopes. I'd stay here again.

Lovely stay
This was the perfect spot for our group of 7 (three couples and one single) to spend a long weekend while attending a wedding in Whistler. Lots of space, nice hot tub, three full bathrooms made it an easy and fun weekend.
