Alojamiento cómodo . Linda vista a las montañas. Hay todo para descansar entre visitas a Torres del Paine.
Le gusta todo. Además alojamiento prepara muy ricos desayunos y cenas.

The amazing scenery around the lodge and that it was close to the park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The little porch area outside was nice to sit and have some drinks and enjoy the views.
The only negative is you have to get up at night to stoke the fire because if you let it go out it gets very cold in the room but it’s not under the covers. They have a lot of warm covers for the bed.

The cabin was everything we had hoped and the hosts more than we could have ever expected. They had medicine when my husband got a cold, advice on everywhere to go visit, and so much passion and care. They even put together a special surprise when they found out we were celebrating our honemoon. It was a remarkable stay in an incredible place.
Truly, zero complaints. The shared kitchen is small, so if you're preparing your own dinner, you may need to coordinate. But that's more just a head's up.

Patrick and Karina were fantastic hosts. They were so kind, always ready to help and solve any issues, making sure that we had a great experience. The place is magical and ideal for the ones looking for desconect and recharge energies. There are a lot of places to explore nearby and their dogs (pulga, mimi and carnival) and cat (Dull) are an essential part of the experience. Beautiful giant gentle creatures. We left the place feeling really grateful.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the comfort of the bedding
The water pressure of the showers

Patrick was amazing - he went above and beyond for us. The cabins were really cozy. Cute dogs on the property. Lovely walking around the area near the lodge.
4.6
Patrick & Karina were amazing hosts who gave us tons of helpful information about exploring Torres del Paine, from tips on where to visit given the duration of our stay, when boats left Lago Gray for glacier tours, to even places on the Torres del Paine base trail where there's cell signal!
We also really enjoyed the delicious home-cooked meals at Konkashken Lodge (note: you need to let them know ahead of time if you want this. As of April 2023, breakfast costs 12,000 CLP and dinner costs 30,000 CLP -- a very good price for Torres del Paine, where everything is more expensive).
Finally, the location of the lodge is super convenient. It's right outside of the park, so you don't need a ticket to access the lodge, but you're about a 10 min drive from the southern entrance. It was about a 1.5 hour drive to the start of the Torres del Paine base trek.

The lodge is in the perfect location just outside the park. Outside the cabins you will have horses and cows walk just outside your windows. The hosts, Patrick and Carina, were amazing. Patrick took us fishing one day on the river and gave us many tips for fly fishing. Breakfast and dinner were great, just make sure you let them know ahead of time if you would like any meals. The cabin was cozy with all we needed with a nice hot shower and cooking plate for soup and coffee. They also had coffee and tea included in the main cabin. They gave us tips on where to go for our activities like horseback riding and were very knowledgeable about the area. We loved the rustic feel of the cabin and the walking trails in the cabin's area. They had plenty of covers and blankets to make your stay cozy. Also Patrick will start your furnace for you on cold nights.

nothing!

Very familiar atmosphere, fantastic customer service offered by the entire team, superb breakfast and dinner, very special but nice set-up of the rooms
You cannot expect a perfect hotel infrastructure, however, this is one of the uniquenesses of the Konkashken Lodge. It will be overcompensated by the friendliness and excellent support of the staff.

Family atmosphere, pastoral sightseeing.

This is a very nice lodge, rustic rooms ( e.g. no TV ) . Excellent location near the entrance to the park. The staff is super friendly and super service oriented - especially Nigel ! Nice breakfast, nice Dinner ( they decide on the menu based on the products they have ). And their best kept secret - if you are a guest of the lodge, and you are stuck without gas ( since there are no gas stations around the park ) - they can help you !
Maybe add some more equipment to the rooms - like a TV,

Really great host. It is a lodge, not a hotel, but if you understand that, then you see the beauty. Location is beautiful, and it is reasonably well positioned for exploring Torres del Paine, but car is essential.
While power and wifi are off during the night, there is mobile phone signal, so if you really have to be connected during the night, get yourself a good plan.

The lodging here consists of a series of cozy cabins. It is in an excellent location, along the Rio Serrano in the Villa Serrano, very close to the main entrance of Torres del Paine National Park. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the home cooked dinners they make (for an extra, but quite reasonable, fee) are delicious.
They said that wifi would be available during the day, and that electricity (which needs to be run from a generator) would be available from 7am to noon, and from 7pm to midnight. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't seem to work very well, and the power wasn't always on during those times. They were installing solar panels while we were there, so maybe that will improve things.

The lodge is beautifully situated and very close to the park’s southern entrance. Patrick and his team are extremely nice and welcoming. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the area and a great source of information. The lodge is cozy and a perfect base for exploring (you will need your own transportation). Loved my stay at Konkashken!

Highly recommended! Patrick, a fabulous host, takes care of every detail and can solve any problem. (ANY problem!) He is highly experienced, professional and has a calm, genuine manner. We stayed on Christmas Eve and he hosted an incredible barbecue dinner for all the travelers. The surrounding area is stunning. Would return in a heartbeat!

absolutely wonderful atmosphere, great food and wine, free teas /coffees/fruit; very scenic location with a gorgeous view and close to the entrance to the park. Very friendly staff.

everything, especially the helpful and very friendly stuff.
the room was very small, but at the end of the day, it didn’t heart our experience.

iIt was the perfect stay, felt like it was family - it was so personal, everyone was so nice, special thanks to the host Patrick! I would recommend this place to everybody who wants to enjoy a more personal environment with very good vibes! Cabins are very nice - as we stayed there in early spring it was cold in the mornings but therefore it felt even more real.

Good location outside the National park with nice wooden cabin charm
power off at midnight and had to maintain heat with wood burner

the property is situated 5 minutes from the park entrance. Patrick helped us organise the glacier boat tour and base Torres’s hike. the property is set in a beautiful area and has incredibly generous and welcoming owners

Everything about this place was exactly what I could've wanted and/or needed for two nights in Torres del Paine. Patrick and Simón are a great hosting duo, and they treat every guest like a personal friend. I hope to return someday - cannot recommend them highly enough!
Honestly, everything was wonderful. I can't think of anything I would've changed or hoped for that didn't happen.

Staff were super helpful and friendly!

Nice location and easy access to the park.
Limited electricity and actual wifi. Kitchen really only a sink and gas hotplate. Basically, a very basic cabin.
