Simpatia dos funcionários.
É necessário colocar antideslizantes nos pés da cama.

Not value for money as all the hotels at Florence

È stata una buona permanenza, la prima notte era mancata la coperta, ma lo staff è stato veloce e ha subito rimediato. Camera singola con letto da una piazza e mezzo.Ottimo

There was nothing I liked about it.
1. The location is terrible
2. Bad odour
3. No coffee maker
4. The shower was very small
5. The bed sheets felt like sandpaper
6. The mini-fridge didn’t work at all.

Location, nice and clean room.
Breakfast was OK, but lack of choice.

The room was really comfortable, and staff were super friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the tram and 20 minute tram ride into the city, all doable with a 5 month old!
Could have done with tea/coffee facilities in the room and the lift was rather small, was a struggle to fit a pushchair and person in there.

Small problem in the room was taken care of prompty and efficiently.
Very helpfull and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, breakfast good.
In the evening drinks available from the bar, also to take to the room.
Not too far from Palazzo Wany (can be walked).
Good connection with Firenze city, including 10 min walk to Scandicci centre
No complaints. everything fine.

Helpful staff and clean and modern rooms
lots of little lights on the wall by the bed that couldn’t be turned off making it difficult to sleep. Also breakfast was not great. Dry bacon and eggs that had been left too long. There needs to be better rotation of food.

Comfy bed and rooms are clean and well decorated
The staff, (the young girl at reception in particular) and others are extremely rude, unhelpful and makes you feel very unwelcome as a foreign guest. We had to take a bus into Florence from Paris overnight as all train reservations had been taken and there were some protests taking place in France making it difficult to travel, we arrived in florence and hotel at 4am in the morning, by 7am we had been sitting in rain and worn out from the crazy night the girl saw us as she stared her shift and completely ignored us and acted like we weren't there, after we went to look for cover and dry up at a laundromat returning at 10 asking if we could pay a fee to check in early, or at least leave our bags or just have a meal at their cafe she told us with great attitude that we can't be here and not welcome untill 2 (again pouring with rain, luggage in hand, my mother older woman, she could not even have the courtesy to be nice in any way. Return at 2 still met with the worst attitude. Someone like this should not be responsible for receiving your guests!

Very comfortable rooms for a small price.
Check-in hours finishing too early (I'd like to be able to arrive at 10-11 pm).

clean , fresh and a good location very quite in the evening.
could of been supplied with a coffee maker and complimentary water on arrival

Very polite staff, there is a bus station 30 meters away. You can reach the historical center by changing a bus and a tram ( 20 minutes ).
From my point of view the price was a little bit too high compared to what the hotel offers. The room was very small, not enough space around the bed. The sound proofing level was extremely poor, I could hear all the cars, scooters and especially the conversations from the room next door, every single word.
