Mooie locatie, fijn huisje zeker een aanrader!
Wij dachten dat de pingpong tafel bij het huisje zag maar was op een centrale plek op het park.

The location.
Disappointed the Hot Tub was dirty and the hot springs was crowded.

i have been to iceland a few times now. on this trip we were multi-generational; grandparents, parents, and children. just wonderful accommodations. the food and springs were awesome. perfect location. easy for people to split off for the day and do activities, then meet back and enjoy the kitchen for meals. my son ( 10) particularly enjoyed fly fishing in the lake. the spa rivals the blue lagoon- more authentic and less touristy feel.

Everything ! The house was beautifully appointed & furnished with such style and the wildlife just amazing not forgetting the hot springs right on the doorstep overlooking the ocean x
Time, never enough 💕

The views were stunning, and the house was cozy!
We had a few issues with the water, but the owners were communicative and responsive.

We traveled to this estate with the family, two small kids, + me and my wife and we stayed there for three nights. This was part of a 13 day trip around Iceland. The location of the estate is absolutely beautiful. The house was clean when we entered and all the equipment was in good working order. They had coffee, tea available so we did not have to go by basic necessities and also provided some detergent as well as washing fluids and soaps and shampoos.
our biggest issue with the property was that the geothermal pools shown in the picture were actually not included with the property. one of the main reasons we booked this property was because we wanted to get away from the crowded geothermal pools to have something that the family could enjoy more privately. But once we arrived, first of all, it was very hard to find the geothermal tools on the property. Then when we found it after driving around on difficult potholed roads, it was completely cold and non-functional and we ended up leaving without using the pool. When we called the property and asked them to investigate, they told us they will get back to us but never did. The pool that is shown in the picture, we enquired where it was and then they told us that it is no longer included in the property and you have to pay ~$50 per adult in order to access this. that is basically misrepresentation of what is included in the property.
Some of the supplies were very stingy. They did not even have enough plastic bags to put trash away. They had two plastic bags into trash cans and when we asked for more, they never responded; so we ended up finding bags throughout the house or going out ourselves to get some in order to throw the trash away for the three nights we were there.
In the end, we don't think this property is worth what they are charging for it. Primarily because of the geothermal pools, at least in our opinion. We would not stay there again even if we were to go back to Iceland. Too overpriced and not enough value for the money

Beautiful, away from the city
The geothermal pool is very tiny and there is construction going on right beside it, we couldn’t even find it the first night we went down. The one let down of this property.
