Good choice for Ravello, especially because the service was excellent from the family-run property.

Good location, lots of space, and the service was truly excellent! Rita, Alessandro and the whole family were a pleasure to deal with.

Breakfast area a little cold in March. But still gift breakfast experience.

Perfecto!

Our stay was perfect! Perfect location, facilities, staff, breakfast, atmosphere. It ticks all the boxes! Highly recommended to all wanting to stay in Ravello.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. The only suggestion I could make is the bed was a little springy but still had a perfect nights sleep.

Lovely place! Easy to get to, directions for check in were very clear, room was good size, with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good, lovely to sit in courtyard but still in shade.

Really lovely spacious clean rooms mini fridge was great very cheap prices.. I highly recommend you eat In their Restaurant Vittoria I had the Linguine it was divine and we got money off our meal as we were Guests.

(-) The owner wasn't available, didn't respond to our messages, before and during our stay. (-) They don't have a parking spot, so you have to park and pay at the public parking. (-) Room facilities weren't at a high standard. (-) No breakfast included.

Great room and great location!

Amazing location, peaceful and quiet, beautiful clean and large room, gorgeous breakfast set up with a sweet view. Lovely staff - especially flexible when our flight was delayed and taxi did not show up at the airport (nothing to do with the hotel), we arrived hours later than originally stated and were still met with a warm welcome.

The air con did not cool the room and was placed in an odd location near the door rather than in the room itself. However our stay was during unusual and “extreme heat” so I imagine the room would be more comfortable during normal weather. This was a minor problem and would not stop me returning.

Best location in a small & very pretty town

The best location, a nice whole flat which has more than what we need and expected. We stayed in a two floor flat located in the square of Ravello which is very convenient and beautiful. The whole 2 bedrooms flat is very clean and fast Wi-Fi and next to the garden of Villa Rufolo. We can open the kitchen window and see the Villa from our kitchen. The breakfast has variety of Italian pastries, ham and cheese selection and cereal were served in the courtyard in the main hotel which is 1 minute walk from our flat. The staffs were very nice, polite and smile. They don’t speak perfect English but they tried their best to help and we were very very happy. The hotel is very closed to bus stop, we took the bus from Ravello to Amalfi and Positano. We also visited Capri by ferry from Amalfi. The best panini from local shop and reasonable price ceramic just under the arches near our flat.

Great location, lovely apartment and friendly hosts

Great location, really glad we chose ravello over Amalfi or Positano (we did a lot of research); ravello is so much quieter and there are regular buses down to the coast. the apartment was clean and the facilities okay. it was terrific having the restaurant downstairs - the pizzas and food from there amazing! staff friendly and helpful

thé fridge wouldn’t close which was a bit of a pain but apart from that a great place to stay

The location was right at the central. Very close the villa rifolo & cimbrone. Nice breakfast

I wish the shower stall in my room could have been bigger and has a stronger shower. I stayed on the top floor. I also had trouble dealing with the water pressure tank in order to flush the toilet. The bed was ok.
