Nada
No me quedé en el alojamiento, la habitación no era lo que aparece en la fotos, pague una habitación privada y el baño era compartido, al interior parecía un laberinto, con olor a comida, la cama vieja, para el precio q cobran no cumple en nada a lo ofertado

The overall facility is really nice and fun. They had activists offered at night which was cool.
The hostel itself seems like it could need some major renovations. The rooms were super cold and my bed was kinda dirty, there were a lot of stains and hair on it. Not the most comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was really small and not super clean. There was no place to put your stuff down at all. Even though there were activities, it just wasn’t a very social vibe, but maybe that’s because I went there off season.

Staff was GREAT. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Plenty of recommendations of things to do, places to see, and to help take care of you. Plenty to do in the area and they always have things happening in the bar. Bar is far enough away to not affect anyone's sleep so they could party as they liked and Plenty of other areas to relax in if that is more your thing.
Not enough hot water. Showers were not even warm quite often. Wifi wasn't very strong in the middle rooms. Need another router or booster somewhere in there.

The location, and one of the workers - George. He was amazing.
The place is extremely run down and old. The other people staying there didn’t seem very friendly or want to mix. The bathrooms were horrible. Toilets broken, showers didn’t have hot water, and very low pressure. My room was next to a toilet which the smell seemed to go through the wall which made my room stink!

location (probably to close to the night life)

The beds and the rooms are very big and comfy.
There's a very good atmosphere at the front in the evening so you can meet new people and hang out.
The staff is very friendly.
The rooms are pretty far from the entrance.
The price is pretty expensive for a night.
During my stay there was an annoying beep in the middle of the night from the Router ( woke up at 3:00AM) and it took a while to fix it.
And the next night the beeps were beeping again.
(To be fair the staff tried pretty hard that night to fix it asap)

Fun garden, nice people. The room was fine and the bathroom too, wasn't super shiny but perfectly fine!

the hostel is quite big and has a lot of space to sit.
I heard it is really social and that was exactly what I wanted but in the end I didn’t think that it was very social. breakfast was not there anymore but you still pay probably the same price. so it is quite expensive, there are nicer and cheaper hostels in Santiago. in a hostel like this I expect to have a socket at side of the bed. in a 8 bed dorm there was 1 socket. the volunteers were more interested in just interacting in their own group than to be nice and welcoming to guests. specially one volunteer seemed to be not really motivated, helpful and nice.

It’s close to the main street
everything seems to be really used and run off. The shower didn’t work well.

Property was in a pretty good location, staff was friendly, plenty of outside space
I felt like it could have been cleaner, but overall okay

the artistic design and interior decorations were incredible and it’s located inside a very cool and interesting complex of houses, which made it exciting. wifi was good.
first, several services advertised were not available. the airport shuttle doesn’t exist, but it’s advertised as having one. further, my ad showed that I would have lockers in my room, but I didn’t. Also, it’s shown as having laundry, but it only has a single dirty washer and the dryer doesn’t work so you have to hang dry the undies in a courtyard - not ideal. I’ve seen better laundry deals at similar hostels. second the staff appeared disinterested and generally unknowledgeable. would have to work to really get their attention. no services provided really. the worst was the hygiene, as the bathrooms looked out of a Saw scene and I could see and smell mold often. the kitchens are a mess too. bedrooms are super hot at night and the towels/linens are old and yucky. the general vibe of the place was just off.

The location was close to the city centre so you could walk to many places. The metro is also close. Wifi normally was pretty reliable and fast.
The hostel is next door to a nightclub, with music blasting every night until 4am. It was totally impossible to sleep. Also, the communal areas were covered in people's washing hanging up to dry.

Its a party hostel so you have to be into parties.
Luis, Esteban, Júlio, Alma, Paulina and Shein were the best ever Staff " muchas gracias por todo".
The first room was not too good and noisy, but after we complaint about it they were able to put us in upgrated room in a quiet area.
