Cómodo y servicio
Todo muy bien
2.5 / 5.0

Everything was perfect
Nothing, all was excellent

the restaurant was beyond good— there are some talented chefs in there right now. Meats were cooked perfectly, sauces weren’t overwhelming, vegetables were fresh and tasty. And the desserts were outstanding.
too bad the balconies weren’t larger and the blackout drapes didn’t quite close all the way.

It has a very calm atmosphere, there’s literally nothing surrounding it and the staff is great.
Some of the furniture are pretty old, even though they take care of it, seems that need to upgrade em’ a little bit more to make them more functional.

The pools and the gym were fantastic. The restaurant was very good and the standard of the breakfast was well worth the cost.

Giant hotel with great restaurant (fairly priced), wonderful pool and garden area! 15 Minutes to Tequisquiapan downtown.
Hotel is a little close to the highway. 1 of 3 pools looked a little green.

Very restricted menu, few options to choose, but every tasty.
Great spaces to relax. We loved the pools.
Elevator very messy, doesn’t match the hotel details.
Not easy access to garden and pools.

The parking was terrible, the tv was working properly, the curtains were fake, they didn’t close, they are only for decoration
