Perfect stop over before flying out of Manchester airport. Hosts very responsive to requests and even extended check out

Perfect

It is a perfect place to spent time out, I actually stayed with my family for 4 days. Cos we just relocated from London to Oldham, while our new apartment will be ready to move in. It's a cool place if you really want to stay out of town.

Great for a weekend

The views are lovely day and night, quiet area, space for cars, like a home from home.

Not enough storage in bedrooms and beds are soft spring.

Lovely house, great views and very peaceful. It was very relaxing

We could not fault the property. It was lovely and the view from the window was spectacular. The property had everything you needed for a short or long stay. We would stay there again and also would recommend to friends and family.

There was nothing we didn't like. The work that was going on was a bit noisy but otherwise there was nothing else we didn't like. Couldn't really fault it.

Excellent quiet rural getaway.

Quaint little house and quite area. Vary rural great view. Walking distance to a nice restaurant. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone.

It is still a bit of work in progress but this is not a major issue.

Comfortable but not my type of accommodation.

It was quiet with a elevated view of Manchester.

The bath mat was dirty, there were dirty marks on the doors & walls, 4 of us stayed but only 3 towels were left for us. We have been traveling for nearly 2 weeks so had to ask for some washing power for the washing machine. There was no tea towel left in the kitchen to dry up. The back yard was overgrown with weeds. Compared to other locations we’ve stayed we felt it lacked some consideration for the paying guests.

a great home from home feeling

The property was easy to get to . A great clean home . Stress free and an easy key access. Excellent communication from the start . This house is set up great with all we needed for a few days away. All crockery and washing faculties provided if needed . A home from home feel that we will no doubt use again to visit family in Oldham. It was such a pleasure to stay here . Thank you Curtis

Check in too late 😞

Very spacious, warm, good views

We requested an early check in but didn’t get a response, I feel that a 5pm check in and 10am check out is unreasonable and would have cancelled if I had realised this. it made our stay difficult and rushed, would therefore not book again.

Roomy accommodation for the price. It wasn't far from where we needed to be the following day. It was close to The Old Original pub where we had an excellent, good value evening meal.

Only 2 mugs for potentially 4 people staying! The back garden was rather scruffy. Had it been Spring or Summer it wouldn't have been an attractive proposition to sit out at the back.

This was a lovely situated holiday home, not far from local town, over all had a great stay.

The location was good and views were stunning. The house was clean.

Maybe a lick of paint in places, and a welcome pack explaining the cooker and hob, although the hosts did send a message to say if we needed help they would come to the property to show us how to use it. I personally didn't want to disturb them so it was trial and error for figuring out the oven.

Great property, great location, great views across Manchester and the moors

The location was perfect for us to visit family and also to walk on the moors. The house was very comfortable and homely. The hosts check in information was very detailed and made us feel welcome. We would definitely return, when visiting family.
