Absolutely loved the condo and it's location. Quiet, small condo complex, with almost no one at the pool each day. Views are beautiful, we would watch the boats go by from the condo and pool. When the tide is out, go down by the water and watch the fiddler crabs, there have got to be thousands of them! Did not use the kayaks, but the laundry room had lots of beach items, boogie boards, noodles, sand toys and even an umbrella. Condo is clean, updated, and had everything we needed, just wished we could stay longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close by to so many things (beach, St. Augustine, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). It was a quiet complex, and the views of the river are amazing, especially in the evening. The condo had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice clean and updated vacation home. All amenities (Towels & Kitchen tools; pots and pans, dishes included!) Dock and pool are incredible!!! Very Clean!! Nice back patio! Water view is incredible! We had a wonderful 5 night stay in July. The sunset views from the Matanzas river while fishing and from the pool were phenomenal. Communication was wonderful with the owner/property manager. She arranged for more towels during our stay and was available for anything we needed. The pool was so nice and relaxing. Very secluded as most are residents and it's quiet. My kids loved the fishing and area. The walk to green street and to the beach with the many stairs on the boardwalk was the only downside due to the beach buggy and stuff. However there is parking there if you'd like. Everything was magical and St. Augustine and Crescent offers so much to do for families. We would definitely book again.

This home is located in a very quiet and serene location. Just what I needed on my last few days of vacation. Homeowner was responsive and helpful with any questions. Local restaurants are wonderful as well. This home has everything you need I would say it is not for parties as it is more of a laid back vibe which is what the doctor ordered

From the moment I messaged the owners with questions Prior to booking the condo to after checking out at the end of our stay, everything has been amazing! The condo owners, Christie and Shawn, were kind and informative before, during, and even after our stay! The condo itself was exactly as it is listed. Beautifully furnished, any cooking utensils you may need, and menus available in case you aren't up for cooking... The view is breathtaking! We saw manatees, and dolphins

This our 2nd and not last stay at this beautiful condo. Everything is as described except the view, it's even more beautiful and relaxing in person. Kitchen is equipped with ALL your needs, just bring your groceries, lots to do nearby and great restaurants. Book now, you won't be disappointed

We had a blast on our weekend trip! We fished off the dock and caught all sorts of little fish. While fishing we saw several sea turtles and on our last day we saw a manatee that swam right under the dock! We didn’t use the kayaks, but saw plenty of people out on paddle boards and kayaks. We ate at Mango Mango, which is always good. We really like the size of the complex compared to others we’ve stayed at. The condo itself had everything we needed. We plan to go back next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A close drive to beach access. The host has plenty of beach supplies for all your beach needs. The pool was always clean. The dock makes it great if you have a fisherman. We saw a few dolphins while there. I would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed this quiet getaway. Based on the # of units, the pool and dock was never too busy. Nice little walk to the beach which was also not busy. This was great for us, but not a destination for those wanting to meet a bunch of other travelers. All of our condo's facilities worked great, could have better lighting, but enjoyed the easy lock doors, washer & dryer, Netflix, and updated features.

Our family stayed in this BRBO residence for three nights while we were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed the waterfront views out the master bedroom and the living room, took out the kayaks a couple times, headed to the nearby beach area and made full meals when we weren’t out and about. We ran into some areas that hadn’t been totally cleaned and a lack of toilet paper but the owner clearly communicated about these issues with their service ahead of time. The owners also promptly responded to any questions we had.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo, and we really felt at home. The view was lovely, accommodations suited our needs and were very comfortable, location was an easy drive to everything, and the other residents and guests were very kind and friendly. While the majority of the residents are retirees, there were plenty of kids and younger adults visiting. We spent a lot of time fishing from the dock, in the pool, and at the beach which is either a moderate walk across the street or a quick drive around the corner. I highly recommend this condo and Crescent Beach. We will be back!

Kept the whole family entertained the entire time (not always an easy feat with teenagers). We had a blast. Caught 78 fish all together. Kept and ate 20 of them. Excellent location with beautiful sunsets on the water!

very clean, decorated perfect, well stocked kitchen, great communication with owners, the condo has plenty of room, very clean pool just outside the door, beautiful views, the fish dock was heaven, we caught fish, fish and more fish, we caught lady fish, angel fish, sheep head., jack carval, red fish, pin fish,. red snaper, drum fish and at least 3 we did not know what was.........the best fishing trip ,we ever had we will be back,,,,,,,,, THANKS CHRISTIE AND SHAWN
