We also provide a complimentary starter supply of hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, kitchen sponges, garbage bags, and other essentials to ensure your stay is as convenient and stress-free as possible.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a dining table that seats six, providing the perfect setting for enjoying meals and making memories with family and friends.

We had a great stay with our family in this unit. The unit is very close to the community pool, so we were able to not only swim but use the BBQ on more than one occasion. The location is very quiet, however just a short drive to the other conveniences of staying in Princeville.

This is our second trip to Kauai and second rental in Princeville at Nihilani. This unit was amazing and the accommodations were perfect. The beds were so comfortable, the furnishings were high end and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need. I can’t say enough about the communication with the owner and property manager. We will definitely rebook this property for any future visits. Dhivya was an amazing owner! You will not be disappointed staying here.

Our family of 6 had a perfect stay in this condo. Everything was like new, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and close to the pool. We come to Kauai frequently and this was our favorite place so far.

To start the owner/host was amazing to work with (not sure if name should be listed). I was trying to paperless on the trip and when we arrived needed urgent information. The very quick response was very much appreciated. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The pool was nice and close and used everyday. The location was perfect. I know my review may seem over-the-top…but this place was! We can’t wait to come back.

The property is well appointed and the owner is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. The owner gave lots of recommendations and provided several resources. The set up is perfect for three different couples. The neighborhood is near a beautiful golf course and park with great paths for walking. The pool is a little small but nice enough. A great rental for many reasons!

The home is beautifully decorated with top notched furniture, appliances, and well lay-out. The owner was very thoughtful to ensure we had everything needed to help make our stay comfortable. We greatly appreciated the new beach chairs, fins, umbrella, the bicycles, beach towels, new washer/dryer, espresso machine with excellent coffee beans. Beautiful & comfortable furnitures in all 3 lanai, fully loaded kitchen, AC worked very well, 2 car garage.

The owners were outstanding and provided all of the necessary details, including detailed instructions on all aspects of check in and check out process as well as how everything in the property functioned. Our stay was truly like being at a home away from home! The house was perfectly set up and so spacious! It’s location was amazing, right off the Main Street of princeville. You could walk to shops/dining, an amazing park, and multiple scenic views, also, it was close to the pool which was a big hit with our kids! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking!

The townhouse is beautiful and in a great location. The listing is spot-on with what is provided. We loved that there was beach items provided so we didn't have to worry about renting them.

Beautiful accommodations and great host
This was a lovely place to stay. Description and photos are accurate. Kitchen is awesome. It’s very well appointed. My family really appreciated being able to use some of the beach items, like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. We would have been happy to stay longer. I would like to make a point to say that the host receives an A++ for great communication!

2 day get away
I'm giving this property at 3/5 stars. Our bedroom floor was extremely sandy as well as the sheets underneath the comforter which makes me think they never cleaned or changed the sheets at all from the last guests. This is unacceptable with the expectations set at this kind of price point. The owner/property manager were pretty up tight. I set a beach towel over the balcony railing and within 3 mins. there was someone knocking at the door telling me to take it down. Cute place, the kitchen was well stocked and had a spacious layout, but the check out procedures asked too much of guests as well - laundry, texting the property manager, gathering towels and bedding, also asking for a 5 star review prior to check out. Maybe it would be better with a longer stay, but not a place I would book again.

Outstanding stay!
A friend and our two sons stayed at this property for 10 days. It was an outstanding experience. The home is beautifully well appointed, quiet, clean and livable. The owners were extremely responsive when we had questions and gave us tons of suggestions for things to do. We will definitely stay again the next time we come to the island it was a fabulous experience!

Perfect vacation home!
My family and I spent 10 days at this property. The house is beautiful! The layout is great for 2 families and it feels very spacious. It has all the amenities you would need. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and snorkel gear in the garage. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub area after a day at the beach. We love staying in Princeville and this house is in a great location to visit the North Shore. It's close to Queens Bath, Anini Beach and Hanalei. Communication with the hosts Dhivya and Karthik was great. We had a couple questions and they responded very quickly. You can really tell they want their guests to have a wonderful stay. We would definitely book this house again!

Outstanding condo!
We had a fabulous trip with our four kids (ages 11-17), plus my sister and her husband). 8 people fit comfortably, as the two boys slept on the futon/sofa pullout option in the hallway nook (fine for an extra kids space). The condo was clean and the bed in the master was so comfortable (I never sleep well away from home, but slept fantastic every night).
The garage is a bit snug for two cars. We got a minivan and Mini Cooper just fine, but larger than a mini copper might have proved right. Just be aware if needing two larger vehicles, since the garage is the only allowed parking option.
Everything was excellent, I hope we have the opportunity to go to Kauai again and we would absolutely stay at the same property!

Clean, comfortable condo on North Shore
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were very responsive and helpful from booking to check-out. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the condo provided plenty of space for our family of 5 (including 3 teens/preteens). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Princeville.

We very much felt at home at this property! It is very spacious, beds were comfortable and was very well stocked. It had everything from an amazing coffee maker (I may need to buy myself a jura now) and tons of beach supplies, and even bikes! There was shampoo and conditioner available in the showers, and the whole unit was spotlessly clean. The full size washer and dryer (with laundry soap provided) was also super helpful.A couple minor nuances - the Xbox upstairs no longer has controllers which makes it basically unusable, which the kids were disappointed about. The extra portable bed advertised as available was not (due to covid cleaning issues so this is likely temporary). It also took several days for the onsite property manager to help us when we needed something - although it was not an urgent issue. We opted not to use the air conditioner so we slept with sliding doors and windows open - there is definitely some street noise in this scenario, but not so much as to be very disruptive.However we would absolutely rent this property again. The layout was great for our family and provided a lot of space. It also had very strong WiFi which we appreciated as our kids were doing remote school. The pool area was nice (although the water was a bit chilly) and the BBQs in the pool area were clean and easy to use.Best of all communication with the owner of this property was so easy. She always responded right away, which was appreciated and very helpful! We hope to stay here again one day soon!

Princeville Paradise
My family was fortunate enough to book this wonderful property in Princeville over the President's Week holiday in the middle of February. My husband and our two teenage children enjoyed this amazing property that was filled with so many wonderful amenities. The owners, Dhivya and Karthik really made us feel this was like our home away from home. As property owners they have provided top of the line appliances, access to the washing machine/dryer and had very comfortable bedding. Their condo was clean and very well organized. They had beach towels, bikes, jogger strollers, pack-n-plays, snorkels, blankets to lay down at the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas...the list goes on and on. We were thrilled to see how much this condo had to offer for our family. It really made traveling to a beach community so much easier and made us feel like locals staying in Princeville. This condo is located in a very safe area that is quiet and easy to access. My children loved having their own bedrooms, one with a T.V., the other used the game room and they also had their own balcony to enjoy. The master bedroom had a large king size bed, T.V, walk in closet and a beautiful bathroom as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone staying on the island of Kauai. Kauai Getaway
We favor the north shore of Kauai and were very pleased with our accommodations. Our condo had everything and more that we needed. The owners have thought of everything from sand toys, to baking dishes, to linens, etc. I highly recommend staying here and will consider doing so again on our next trip back to Kauai.

Beautiful Property
This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Kauai! It was clean, comfortable, and just as nice as pictured. Everything was in good condition without being run down or broken. The beach amenities were especially nice to have, and we loved not having to haul a stroller or pack and play onto an airplane.
My husband loved the strong internet connection provided at both the condo and the pool.
The pool was small and the water was cold, but beautifully maintained, and we spent a lot of time there.
Communication with the owners and managers was excellent and check in and out was a breeze.

The property was amazing and plenty of room for us and the grandkids to have their own space
The grandkids just loved playing in the pool after we went to the beaches. They provided all the beach equipment that you would need, even the snorkel gear. We did not find beaches to walk to but they were only a short ride away. All in all this was an fantastic place to stay and well worth it. We would definitely consider staying here if we have another family vacation in Kauai. Thank you

Lovely home
Home is lovely, clean, convenient. Walking distance to several beaches, golf and tennis courts. Communication with owner is quick and easy. Lots of little extras : towels, beach chairs, beach accessories, food/spice staples, great espresso machine, rice cooker, all sorts of little extras that come in handy. Lovely time exploring north shore of island. Definitely recommended
