Desagradado

A localização é excelente, a 200 metros do porto velho.

Da higiene, roupa de cama amarrotada e suja, com manchas de sangue numa almofada. Loiça suja, paredes muito sujas e mobiliário degradado. Por ser em 4° piso, fez falta o elevador. Áreas comuns com falta de limpeza e muito degradadas. Do exterior, parecia um prédio devoluto ou abandonado. Não tivemos qualquer contacto com os anfitriões. Posso enviar fotos, que tirei.

L'emplacement est juste top et l'hôte très disponible, très gentil et arrangeant.

La chaleur et la proximité du vieux port ne permettent pas de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec le bruit.

Hôte à l'écoute. Localisation d'appartement en hyper centre, proche toutes commodités

Localisation à côté du vieux port. Près de toutes boutiques , supérette, restauration rapide, bars. Bonne communication avec l'hôte, à l'écoute

Muy cerca del puerto viejo, el centro, restaurantes, el departamento tiene todo, muy cómodo y los dueños muy amables

Considerar que hay que subir escaleras está en el piso 3, para nosotros no fue problema

Beste Lage im Stadtzentrum

Super Lage im Zentrum von Marseille. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, aber man merkt schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren. manchmal ist es nachts laut auf der Straße, aber die Fenster schließen sehr dicht, so dass man fast nichts mehr hört. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft Probleme mit der Haustüre, aber die Vermittler reagieren schnell und haben eine gute Lösung angeboten. Alles im allem eine gute Unterkunft.

Der Schließmechanismus an der Haustüre sollte gewartet werden und zuverlässiger funktionieren - oder man bekommt einen Schlüssel für die Haustüre.

sadece konumu gerçekten harika. port, yemek mekanları, market 1-5 dakika mesafede.

eski ve açılırken yere sürtülen ahşap bir apartman kapısından aynı kapı eninde ufak bir apartman girişi ve 3 kat uzun ve dönen şekilde merdiven ile tesisin kapısına çıkıyorsunuz. apartman kapısı açılınca sizi yoğun bir idrar kokusu karşılıyor, merdiven ve duvarlarda ciddi çatlak ve çöküntüler var. pislik içinde ve sıvasız kısımlar.. tesisin kapısı şifreli ve kolay. tesis kapısı açılınca da yoğun bir rutubet kokusu ile karşılaşıyırsunuz. ben tesise girdiğimde yataklı kanepe ortada kırık vaziyetteydi, ev sahibi geldi düzelti. tabi kapatılıp kenara konulunca altındaki toz kıl tüy ile 5 gün geçirmek zorunda kaldık. çok pis. nevresimler rutubet kokulu, yatak rahat. sineklik olmadığından ve yoğun rutubetten camları açıp bu kez sivrilsinekle savaşmak zorundasınız. mutfak ekipmanı olarak tuz bile kendiniz götürün. bulaşık makinası yok ve bir önceki kiracı tarafından ne kadar hijyenik yıkandığını bilmediğiniz tabakları gene yıkamak durumundasınız. çok eski bir bulaşık süngeri ve sıvı sabun vardı sadece. el sabunları bir önceki kullananınkilerle devam ediyorsun. tavalar çizik içinde sağlıksız. mutfak üstü toz içinde. banyo fena deil. resimlerde sampuan sabun gözüküyor. öyle birşey de yok kendiniz götürün. havlu vardı gene rutubet kokulu. ilk sabahımda saat 08:30 da ağır bir inşaat işi gürültüsü ile uyandım. yüm gün sürdü.. ev sahibine ilk sorum ne zaman biteceği oldu. adamın yorumları başkaları tarafından hep olumlu. benim şahsen olumlu bir iletişimim olamadı. detaya girmeyeceğim devam eden günlerde inşaat yoktu en azından. ben tavsiye etmem ama lokasyonu için tercih edilecekse nr ile karşılaşacağınızı bilip gitmekte fayda var.

Beauty of Marseille

It is great location on the walking street in 2 min from the Old Port and Opera of Marseille. Feel the old building with a tiny, but very cosy apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It has everything you need for a stay. We saved a lot by cooking ourselves! The apartment is warm in case you are travelling in winter. Also there was a hairdryer! Extremely important for girls! The hosts thought about long-term stays too - washing machine, iron and other things.

No shower equipment (neither shower gel, no shampoo) You can hear noise from the street, including talking people and morning clearing machines.

Poor

Tv, wasn't working. We messaged 3 days but no one came. We asked for detergent for the washing machine but no one bothered and after we bought our self a full pack for one wash the water came poring out of the washing machine at 11 at nigh. Absolutely a nightmare. The apartment has not been properly cleaned for a long time, could see dust everywhere and we have a 3 year old with asthma. Also the heating ia very poorly thought. It's loud and doesn't heat the apartment fast enough.

The location is amazing! Can not chose a flat with a better location. Everything is there by foot. When I asked for clean towels I got

A few small easily correctable things. The cleaness is not the best. We were there with our daughter and she could find stuff which was not ours but left there by others (like toothbrush cover, or tampon package). Should need a bigger cleaning. Also cleaning needs in the kitchen above the stove. Those marks are not made by us on the wall. Little stuff that I did not like, but also easy to correct - proper size of bed sheet. Which is there is smaller that the matress, even the matress cover is smaller so in the morning every time we have to put everything back and hope that stay a bit more longer there. The kitchen is nice, usable for a 5 day vacation with a kid - but the stove can be used only one by one not the both in the same time. Little things only which with care can be easily solved. And for those who would go with a todler: The apartmant is on the third floor. No elevator. The main door is hard to open (only max for 50 cm wide) so bringing up the stuff is harder then I thought. On the first floor the main door of a flat is usually open. To see a hospital bed is the first occasion for my daughter and I did not prepare her in advance. This is a sensitive topic which is superimportant to learn know and handle for everyone but my daughter is quite small and she never saw such a thing before. The man and the lady are very nice we changed a few words. Just if I knew I could prepare my daughter that she can see sick people. No worry about it just let you know mamas and papas
