Very nice hotel, beds and linen top class.

Great location, but the building development is huge in St Julian’s Bay, about 10 cranes operating around the hotel, even 1 crane swings over pool area constantly at the hotel.

Was very overcrowded and were not able to attend to a simple request of 2 chairs on the balcony.

Wonderful and kind hotel staff!

The property is perfect if you are travelling for work conferences going out in the evenings or the Casino. I don’t think it’s ideal for families as the old town is far away and the facilities are mainly geared towards adults. The pool upstairs , for instance, is adults only. The staff however are absolutely fantastic and I have to give a great shout out to Mina who considerably helped us with our stay.

This is entirely subjective, but for us as a travelling family it would’ve been more ideal not to have been in the busy bar / casino side of town

We booked a quick getaway for chill and relaxation and were treated like royalty!

Everything was perfect from start to finish, we came for our anniversary and Mina Mc Bride (guest relations) took care from us from the start! She reached out, met us in person at the Hotel reception and made us feel like royalty. The hotel was super clean, friendly staff, good value for money. Although it was in the heart of St Julians, it was super quiet inside and calming. Will definetly tell our friends about this and visit again!

Wyjazd udany, dzieci zadowolone.

Obsługa znakomita, wszyscy bardzo o nas dbali, śniadania pyszne. Basen zewnętrzny bardzo fajny, także dla dzieci. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane.

Lokalizacja jest ok, na pewno dla osób nastawionych na nocne życie super, dla rodzin z dziećmi gorzej. Wokół mnóstwo młodych imprezujących ludzi, także na pobliskiej plaży, przez co nie jest na niej za czysto. Na części wydzielonej prywatnej hotelu, wszytko posprzątane. Plaża jest dość mała.

Very good. Would recommend.

Superb concierge and bell staff. Excellent spa. Great food and beverage staff ,very clean and full service.

Some of the front desk staff were not as hospitable and warm or as knowledgeable as they should have ten as comparecer to almost e dry other dept.

Exceptional Hotel 5* Throughout

Everything was exceptionally good about our stay. Katerina Angelkovska took really good care of us with very good communication pre arrival. We booked a family room and upon arrival were upgraded to Junior Suite which was a very nice surprise. Having a dog pet with us they prepared bowls, some treats and toys which we found in the room. During the weekend it was my daughter's birthday and again they sent us sweets and soft drinks in the room complimentary and we truly appreciated especially by my daughter. The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing and the food is the best. Breakfast is one of the best on the island. Everything was so fresh and varied selection. During our stay we dined at Waterbiscuit and Lubelli and we were really satisfied. Check in and out was very smooth. What's amazing about this hotel is that we visit every year and each year it's better than the previous one. Katerina you are a big asset to Interconti and you have a great team of people working with you. We will be back in January 😊. Stefan & Family

O café da manhã é excelente. Serviço de Concierge muito eficiente. Recepção nota 10. Principalmente para o João que nos recebeu.

A localização é muito boa, porém o acesso de carro na rua é muito ruim, pois a mesma é muito estreita e só passa um carro por vez.

Location is next to all the clubs, they should really say this. The check out lady was unpleasant and no one took the time to seeing out for you.

Great location and staff are exceptional

High summer is very very busy in this location - so prepare for crowds and noise. Pool music was non stop

High level service

The staff was great and made us have our stay very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Katarina, Mary Grace and Arjeneive for their kindness and high level service to make us feel at ease. We have enjoyed a lot from the pool and the playroom. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

It could be noisy during the nights, because the hotel is in the middle of Paceville, where the pubs and disco's are.

Handy location, attentive staff comfy beds

Staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating, they saw to our every need. Breakfast had plenty of options and everyone left well fed.

A little hard to find your way around the hotel as it appears to have had additional parts added to the building over the years. It's a bit of a maze if you are new to it.

You don’t have to be a millionaire to treated like a king

This place is amazing The staff there is one of the best I have ever had Tetiana met us at the beginning and she was so kind and helpful Then as we took the upper floors suite They took us to the lounge where we Got the best service from Katrina the manager She was amazing She was so helpful for everything we asked. It made our trip much better We definitely going to come back in the future

The only hotel that we will stay at in Malta

Excellent room, great balcony, great breakfast and the staff could not have done anything more for us. They were always on hand to help and Katerina was an amazing host for us. The reception staff, concierge and cleaning staff as well as the waiters were all amazing and very attentive to our needs. I will not stay at any other hotel in Malta when I go the next time

Great stay mainly because wonderful people work at this hotel. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best quality service I received from hotel in 20 years. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Guest Experience Executive Ms. Katerina Angelkovska is a great person, which goes way, way above the standard to make the customer happy. People working in the hotel and especially Katerina have made our stay wonderful and we are so glad to choose this hotel. We are a family 2+3 and hotel was able to accommodate us in a room with two huge and two normal beds. We appreciate it! Finally we could have good sleep. (In other hotels we usually need to sleep with one of the kids). Lovely! The breakfast was good (continental + option to choose extra hot meals). Service at breakfast also great. Everyday fresh bottles with water is a nice and useful gift. The location of the hotel is convenient for divers when they use DiveWise/TechWise center. There is an additional exit from the hotel at level 8 and that is a very useful exit/entrance. I cannot think of any other hotel to choose on my next trip to Malta. Great job, people at Intercontinental Malta!

The food quality at the swimming pool could be improved. We were missing additional electrical sockets at the bed. (There were at the desk, but only USB at bed).
