The location, the interior of the hotel... The staff is capable and professional!

Not rare Incomprehensible menu in the restaurant, as well as an extremely modest offer in the same, Very modest considering the category of facilities, the breakfast was correct! Parking not practical!

Gezellig hotel met een uitstekende service. Vriendelijk personeel. Voortreffelijk ontbijt.

Door het residentiële parkeerbeleid in Bratislava is het duur om op straat te parkeren (32 EUR / 24u.). De parkeergarage van het hotel heeft zijn prijzen daarop aangepast (29 EUR/nacht). Beter niet met de wagen naar Bratislava komen.

Inte så bra som jag trodde den skulle bli.

Lagom stort hotell. Trevlig personal.

Väldigt dåligt utbud av glutenfritt på frukosten. Brödet, fanns bara 1 sort, var så torrt att det smulades sönder när man skulle dela det. Inget utbud av glutenfri müsli. Frukosten var överlag ganska tråkig med anledning av den höga kostnaden för boendet. Problem med Safteyboxen gjorde att det tog nästan 3 timmar sent på kvällen för personalen att öppna den vilket förklarades med att dom fick banka ganska hårt på boxens dörr för att mekaniken skulle fungera.

A magical stay in Bratislava- perfect in every way!

It was perfectly located. It was clean, beautifully furnished, wonderful staff, so many Gluten free options at breakfast and ac worked great.

Sehr gutes Haus!

Sehr gutes Haus, sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber! Habe bestens geschlafen.

Das einzige ist, dass der Welnessbereich (auch die Sauna), nur gegen eine sehr teure Gebühr nutzbar ist. Man möchte 120 € dafür haben, dafür darf man dann aber 5 Gäste einladen. Wer macht das? Ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn die Sauna gegen Gebühr ist 10, 20 € sind okay, aber 120 € finde ich schockierend. Ich hätte dem Hotel ansonsten 10 statt 8 Punkten gegeben. Es ist ein sehr gutes Haus, das ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann, nur nicht wenn man gerne nach einem langen Tag in die Sauna geht.

Très bel Hôtel avec prestations de qualité !

L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche du vieux centre à pied. Il est à taille humaine avec un très bon confort et un service parfait. Très bon accueil, personnel de qualité professionnel. Les décors sont très agréables avec une tres belle décoration. Garage possible pour les véhicules. Restaurant de très bonne qualité, avec ses plats savoureux. Bref ! Parfait !

Peut être un peu au niveau de l’isolation phonique…

Exemptional Hotel ❤️

Everything was amazing, Location is close to the center and the staff were helpful and supportive. I believe breakfast could be better as it was limited with 4-5 items only not as all 5 stars hotels I really enjoyed in this hotel it was cozy and vintage hotel

Once check out i was surprised that receptionist asked me for 29 Euro for parking and unfortunately no one informed me once checked in that it’s paid parking as I could find somewhere else cheaper than this price but after explained to him he was a generous and didn’t charge me i really appreciated that

Well equipped, comfortable, good location, very good breakfast. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, especially man at the front door.

Parking entrance quite narrow, for that price, room was a bit small.

old style elegance in the heart of Bratislava.

everything… It was pure old-style elegance. The rooms are spotless, the beds extremely comfortable, nice towels, slippers and a bathrobe, as well as little amenities like shower kits, shoe polish cloths, etc. The location was excellent, not far from the public transportation and not far from the old city, but very quiet. There were staff to help us with everything. They were quite professional. And we got a free breakfast along with it which was absolutely amazing… A huge buffet with everything labeled, local foods and international: the biggest variety and amount of food we had had on our trip. Easy check in, and key cards.

Good choice to stay for a weekend trip

The location is superb, in the city center, but on a quiet street. Nice room, comfy beds, friendly recepcionist who checked us in.

No hair conditioner in the bathroom. (Only available upon request at an additional cost).
