good stay for a couple days of relaxation

Quiet, calm, chic, spacious, clean, beautiful views from restaurant and bar.

bed not the most comfortable although big. breakfast not the best quality and a bit cold.

I was extremely impressed with all the small touches that made our stay exceptional!

Lots of details were included to make our stay an exceptional experience. Breakfast was the best we had in Portugal.

Superb

I was surprised with the value for money we got. The room was amazing! I believe we were upgraded to a superior room with no extra charge, just because the hotel was not full. For me this only shows a lot of care for the clients

Friendly staff, hotel bar opened till midnight, excelent breakfast.

Hotel equipment is getting to be a bit worn out. Time is doing its job. Shower without door - bathroom full of water after taking proper shower.

extremely nice staff, nice room and amenities. Breakfast was also very good. I had a very nice and relaxed stay.

the only think would be the rooms in -3 don’t have such a nice view (-3 is the lowest level, as the top one is 0).

A perfect stay to relax and work. Amazing staff who welcomes you in the best way possible.

Extremely nice staff at the reception. They're very clear in the information they give and are ultra nice to costumers. I felt very much welcomed since the first minute. The room was very quiet, and with a nice view. Had a very nice desk to work.

Nothing really. Tiny details regarding the breakfast: coffee was not the best coffee I've had, and it would be nice to have a bit more variety of cheeses. But it was great.

Amazing stay in the middle of the nature

The view was amazing. The hotel is very nice, and very stylish.

The breakfast was not up to standard. The re-filling of the food was not fast enough.

Very good

In April 2022 it still felt like a newly built facility. The public lounge areas were very comfortable.

The bread was disappointing at breakfast in a country where the bread in the pastelerias is generally fantastic. For example, even the mass produced Pingo Doce sem sal bread roll is infinitely better. I'm sorry to be picky but the bread is one of the reasons I come to Portugal.

Quiet just like I needed to rest.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant inside has a good price value. Beds are super comfy.

There is no swimming pool . I think the moment this hotel has a pool it will be a 10/10.
