4.1
De ligging is fantastisch voor de golfspeler. Recht over de club.

Very comfortable room, with tea and coffee making facilities.
Conveniently situated for stopover to or from Eurotunnel.
Didn’t have breakfast at 25€ per person!

The bedrooms do need updating but I believe the hotel are in the process of doing this.
4.1
Ample car parking and cosy room. Dog friendly
Bit far out from centre
4.1
Spa & pool were nice but needs updating.
The room was over priced and a bit gloomy (like a grey box). Paid extra for a bay view & got a view of marsh land not the best description on website.

friendly staff. quirky. nice rooms
location away from town centre. poor food in restaurant. poor service in restaurant. old fashioned bathroom
4.1
Beautiful bar/lounge areas/spa, helpful staff, lovely restaurant, although the music could do with being turned down a bit.
our first room was very worn, the bathroom had black mould, the carpet was torn across the doorway, no mirror doors on the wardrobe and the coffee machine was plugged into extension cable plugs under the desk
complained to FOH staff who were very understanding and arranged for us to be moved.

The hotel facilities are very high-end. The spa, swimming pool and restaurants are excellent. The Raya brasserie serves beautiful food for a very reasonable price. The waiting staff are friendly and professional. The bars are very swish. Front of house is spotless.
The room was very disappointing. Located on the 4th floor. I understand that this part of the hotel is currently being refurbished.
There was black mould around the window, which had spread to the curtains. The bath tub had minor cracks and rust in it. The caulking between the bathroom tiles had black mould. The carpets were stained and discoloured in various parts of the room. The kettle did not work. I am able to supply photos of all the problems on request.
Finally, and perhaps worst of all, we could not get the air conditioning to work. The room was very stuffy as a result. It was uncomfortable enough for me, but my wife has a medical condition which causes her to get very hot at night. This is a shame, because the bed was very large and comfortable.
The room was nowhere near what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star. The previous 4 star I’ve stayed in was flawless and spotlessly clean. In retrospect, I wish I had complained to the staff, but I really didn’t have the energy after a 6 hour drive from central France.
I had considered booking a cheaper hotel in Le Touquet, but I wanted to splash out a bit for our last overnight stay in France before going back to the UK. The issues with the room left my wife and I quite disappointed.

It is a fantastic location if you want to spend a few days in Le Touquet.
The wellness center is wonderful with full of equipment.
The rooms are well equipped as well, and the staff very helpful for any request we may have.

The hotel was very well presented and spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and there was plenty of room in the shower as well.
The bar area downstairs is very nice - lined with books, very nicely lit, and is lovely place to spend some time.
We ate in the restaurant which was open on a Sunday night in late January (a real bonus!) and the food and the service were both excellent.
The hotel is quite a long walk from the centre of town - about 20 minutes, and finding your way through the residential streets in the dark isn't the easiest, although reception were able to provide a map. This isn't the hotel's fault of course - it is where it is - but just something to bear in mind.
At 25€ per person, I cannot say that the breakfast is good value for money. The food was all of good quality - scrambled eggs, bacon and small sausages as the hot option and all the usual cold buffet items, but at 50€ for two it is very expensive.
