Great little stop over.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a mix up with the room we booked so they gave us two separate rooms.

The smoking area was right at the front door. You had to walk through the smoke to get in.

Nice stay in a good location

The breakfast was impressive. The facility was very nice. Parking was great.

The elevators had a bit of a smell. The bed for the third person was a fold-out couch and was not particularly comfortable.

pillows are really flat, you need 2 or 3 per person hygiene could be better: some spots on floor, hairs in bathroom, dead flies on wall should be cleaned before new guests enter the room one day we left in the morning at 10:30 asked for cleaning but nothing was done

Could be a good stop over location with some improvements

Its a good location for a stopover from Italy to Germany . The bed is comfortable and I like that they have the EU green label

probably we got the only room that was not renovated . The shower water temperature couldn’t be controlled to a point that it became dangerous to take a shower. The hair dryer was old and stopped working within minutes, as it overheats quickly . The breakfast wasn’t great either.

Pleasant

Very nice beer garden and restaurant. Spacious rooms. Easy to access from the highway. Quiet. Good breakfast selection.

I booked 2 rooms. When we checked in we were given 2 keys and told that the rooms were the same set up. My friends had their 2 small children (4 people total) with them and we were a pair. Our rooms were exactly the same, which was why I was completely upset that when we checked out I was charged 20 Euro more for the exact same room (for only 2 people)! No air conditioning. It was extremely warm (+33C) and the only relief was a small table fan and leaving the patio door open if we wanted a slightly cooler room. No fridge in the room. This would have helped immensely on such a hot day, to at least have easy access to cold drinks. There was a beverage machine by the elevator, but it was completely sold out.

nice hotel with private parking. good breakfast. there is a free sauna zone.

the bar I can’t recommend. the food was not good. I don’t know how it is possible to cook such a dry schnitzel in Austria. the beer was good.

Two different buildungs ine is old the other is new

I have not like anything.

there are two buildings, one is old thr other is new. They give me the room from old building but they gave a better room from new building to my friend with the same price. First room was in the ground you can smell thr humidity, the second room smells like toilet. the third room was better but not as good as the other new building. the breakfasr was very crowded and old fashioned style. you can not see outside because there is another curtain outside the window.

A very friendly and helpful staff.

We probably went on the wrong day because it all fell kind of apart. The baby bed was broken, the bathroom was not cleaned (at all) and we got RAW meat for cordon bleu at the restaurant. It was a disaster but the hotel was full and the staff really tried to make up for the mistakes and were really nice. So we might even give the place a second chance but this time around it was not all that we hoped.

front desk staff were the best we experienced in our entire trip. especially Laura . she and her team made things happen, took on our challenges and delivered!

Great stopover hotel on our way to our skiing trip.

The rooms were very nice, simple, clean, warm - Breakfast was also very pleasant, quite a broad selection of items to eat. We had dinner (took the half board upgrade) and it was a good 4 course meal. One of the kids did not like the main course on the half board and the staff immediately let him switch to the a la carte menu and he was very happy with that. The beer was great (seems to be a specialty) and so was the wine. Easy to find, plenty parking - all good - and nice staff.

I felt the pillows in my room were strange sizes. One was too big so used the smaller one but there was not really enough support so had a bit of a stiff neck. Did not complain about it, I am sure they would have had a solution.
