Voyage en famille avec 2 ados

Voyage en famille à 4, avons loué 2 chambres avec vue sur mer (surtout une, la vue de la seconde était obstruée par des arbres) Hôtel de qualité en bord de mer. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Belles chambres, bien équipées. Petits déjeuners top, sauf les jus de fruits. Piscine intérieure communicante avec la piscine extérieure protégée du soleil, c'est très agréable aux heures où le soleil est le plus agressif.

Repas du soir de type buffet (étions en demi-pension) très standards. Il y en a néanmoins pour tous les goûts. Toutes les boissons sont payantes et de suite en cash ou CB, pas de possibilité de les mettre sur la note de la chambre, je n'ai vu ça nul part ailleurs... Très peu de choix de desserts (mais de très nombreux fruits.) Le parking est compliqué sur tout le secteur. Service de voiturier avec parking payant pour 8€/j (ça c'est top), mais compter jusqu'à 30 minutes pour qu'on vous emmène la voiture avec de nombreux embouteillages pour repartir vue la configuration du site. C'est pas l'idéal si vous souhaitez faire beaucoup de visites de la région. Il est interdit de réserver les transats mais aucun contrôle... Idem pour les jeux de balle ou les sauts dans la piscine intérieure...

Gut, aber nicht sehr gut und dem Preis der Zimmer entsprechend

Die Lage des Hotel ist super - die Auswahl an Gerichten zum Abendessen auch sehr gross. Die Anlage bietet für jeden etwas.

Das gewisse Etwas. Den gewissen Flair vermisst man, das Personal ist etwas lieblos - alles in allem finde ich, dass man für das ganze Geld nicht einen hervorragenden Service bekommt - es ist gut, aber eben nur gut ohne persönliche Note. In dem Preissegment sollte der Service nicht nur gut sein.

Bilo je dobro, prednosti su veće od nedostataka. Ponovila bi dolazak.

Lokacija, hrana, osoblje.

Naručivanje za bar ograničeno do 10h. Malene sobe. Hrana u restoranu po narudžbi samo do 18h. Klima radi non stop, ne može se regulirati.

Położenie hotelu, bardzo ładny słoneczny pokój z widokiem na morze , wygodne łóżko, bardzo fajne baseny, piękna promenada tuż przy hotelu

Urozmaicone śniadania, ale niesmaczne owoce i warzywa, brzydko pokrojone Niedobre soki z automatu Fatalna kawa przez pierwsze 3 dni , potem pojawiły się nowe ekspresy i była ok Na pytanie do recepcji czy można przedłużyć pobyt o 2 doby, dostałam informację że dowiem się dzień przed wyjazdem, dostałam tel , że mogę przedłużyć pobyt w dniu wyjazdu , w momencie pakowania się do samochodu 20 min przed wymeldowaniem się

Odličan odmor, mirno i opušteno. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti.

Lokacija hotela, kao i naše sobe je odlična. Mirno, opušteno. Hrana i osoblje su bili super. Sigurno se vraćamo opet.

Nemamo takvih primjedbi.

It’s was nice for a night stay. Not sure if I would stay for a week.

The hotel is nice, with a good pool and great location. The breakfast was also good, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach view.

What I didn’t like was that although the description said ‘renovated,’ our room had a broken shower and WC. And some little defects you can notice in outside exterior

Excellent hotel, but beware of food now

Cosy rooms, beautiful beaches, friendly staff

Food was the cause of stomach problems for the whole family, it ruined our vacation. We were guests here many times there in the last 15 years and food was always excellent until this time - it was looking good but obviously was not fresh which is unforgivable for this price range hotel.

A nice hotel in a perfect location.

This is my favourite hotel in Brela and I always stay there, especially off the main season. The location is perfect and the hotel itself is very comfortable.

Parking space is a problem and accessing the hotel entrance by car is very difficult. Unfortunately, I don't think this problem can be solved in the near future because of building regulations in Brela.

Surprisingly not as good as I expected

The location was excellent and the room with a view was perfect.

The staff were a bit all over the place. There was no atmosphere at all. It felt like an airport waiting room. They wouldn't serve a drink past 11pm and there were no irons in the room. We had to request and iron every night. The outside bars were closed and overall the staff weren't friendly at all.

Great location, next to the beach and the restaurants.

The breakfast was average (the dinner was way better), there was not enough staff to keep up with the hungry holiday guests. In the summer there is probably problem with the parking space. Also, the prices of the drinks in a hotel restaurant are too expensive.

Very good

It was really clean and nice condition. Good air condition (heating). Silent, comfortable. Excellent wiev from balcony. Bed quality perfect. Good opportunity to relax. Staff 100% kind.

Wellnes cannot be visited under age 16. We were with 4 kids (age 13,14,14,15) in two family. So we were disappointed. Fitness room was closed. It was told to be open within few days, but was not. During Eastern Weekend. So this is also cannot be used. Food was OK but we have got better food in other 3* hotels in Croatia.

Very nice, would stay again

I really liked the hotel. It was very clean and everybody was very polite. The food was really delicious and there was a lot to choose from.

My only complaint is the fact that you pay for half board and you still have to pay for drinks at dinner. To me that would make sense if I was at an actual restaurant, but since half the board was paid for I don’t understand why not include at least one drink. And to be honest, they’re not the cheapest. I currently reside in Frankfurt, and the prices of soft drinks (which is the only thing I had) are cheaper in the center of Frankfurt than in the restaurant.

Very good

Great location less than 50m from the beach, great view from the room, good food with plenty of choice, great pools (indoor and outdoor) with free deck chairs, nice and friendly staff.

The room we were in had some issues: flush button in the toilette didn't always work, the shower cabin leaked water from the bathroom into the room, and, surprisingly, there was a major floor level difference in the room itself (kind of a big step) which is far from ideal for a small child. Also, parking space is not free and, if you're unlucky, can be located very far from the hotel itself.
