Fajny apartament, ale brak kompletu naczyń w kuchni

Dobra lokalizacje, fajny praktyczny apartament

Brak talerzy do jedzenia. W szafie nie było praktycznie żadnych naczyń poza kilkoma miseczkami. Wybrakowany zestaw sztućców.

Disappointing

It was advertised on booking.com as having a hot tub with the room but there wasn’t one when we arrived. We were severely disappointed with this as we paid extra (the most expensive room) for this and wouldn’t have if we knew it wasn’t included. We feel as though it was falsely advertised and not to the luxurious standard we were expecting. The beds also wasn’t comfy at all and added to our disappointment. I also tried to contact booking.com regarding these issues and have had 0 response for 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

we chose a Comfort room (higher standard room) for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child. We received room which was at the same hight what sidewalk and street. I got information that this type of room in their residence is on the 1st or 2nd floor, so they don't see my a problem (this information was not in the room description). I asked about changing the room at the 2nd floor and from the inside of the courtyard, so that baby would not wake up at night. The lady did not check anything anywhere, she didn't want to help, she simply refused. Sleeping in this room was a nightmare. Until 3 am party under the window (restaurant, ice cream, car parks - it's a very busy road). From 5-6 am. garbage, stocking of goods, etc. In the room description we had that there are soundproof windows. They are not, believe me. everything locked up, and you still feel like you're on this street. It was impossible to go out to the terrace. The noise was terrible. In addition, every people who are waking on the street looks at you. the hotel refused to change or cancel reservation. They said we can get out but they wouldn't give me the money back. When we pointed out that nowhere in the description there was information on which floor this room will be and that it is on the side of such a noisy street, the lady from the reception said that it is, but now she can't show me where. After a few hours hotel change the description of the room in our reservation. - no cleaning agents - liquid, sponge, etc. you have to buy yourself - a penalty for not taking out the garbage and not washing and putting the dishes on the shelves in the sideboard. child got rashes on his legs after the first day of swimming in the swimming pool. Unpleasant reception, when the problem appear, one of the ladies changed the language of conversation from English to Italian and began to raise her voice.the entrance door in room 2F, being closed, moved every time anyone enter to the buildin

Good cost benefit

Localizarion, amazong and dedicated employees.

Wc needs a trash can to sanitay garbage ( comdon, Tampons etc), i side the shower boxx need a aproproated place to put shampoo, soap, etc) In the Kitcheb need a Hanger to hang a dish towel. The matrasse have bad quality. The minimum movemente wake up the partner. Wifi needs improvementes.

Exceptional

The sea view from the balcony was amazing. The air conditioning was working perfectly as people were saying it does not work in old apartments ( not true in my experience). The little Kitchen has all basic tools you need. Apartment was cleaned pretty often. Close to supermarket, restaurants and sea. Walk to historic center is on a beautiful path along the sea and it takes approximately 15 mins.

I understand the policy about rubbish but if you want customers to recycle correctly, you need to provide them with bins per each recycling type. Also a little image showing exactly what to throw in each bin would be useful as some things change from country to country. This was not a big deal for me, rather the only thing that could be improved.

Not sure why it has only 3 stars. Place is beautiful clean and the staff are so nice. Really enjoyed our stay. The pool always had sun beds so no stress there. Definitely would go back.

Great stay in a lovely ApartHotel.

Comfort Appartment was modern, well equipped and kept very clean by regular visits of cleaning staff. The location was perfect with plenty of bars and restaurants close by and a 20 minute walk into the old city. This was even quicker by renting electric scooters outside the entrance. The staff were very friendly and always helpful which made the stay even better.

We were disappointed having to pay €15 a day to park our rental car in the underground car park. The carpark was mostly empty and most hotels don't add a charge. The hotel would benefit greatly from a bar facility especially adjacent to the pool or close by. This would add greatly to the facility and support additional revenue. The vending machines are poor and the place would be so much better for the residents.

Happy holiday

They made us the surprise of an early check in, at 9.30 în the morning. We were very happy because of it. Next surprise was the apartament very large and clean. The residence îs near a gelateria, our children appreciated this. The beach is în front of the hotel. It is sandy, but this year it had seaweed. There is another nice beach in a walking distance from the hotel, Maria Pia. The hotel is near the center, 15 min walking

Clean room and property. Comfy bed. Good balcony.

Awkward position of small shower cubicle. No dishwashing liquid...just a small amount would have been good to wash the dishes that were compulsory to clean before leaving.

Meticulously clean and fresh, 24hr snack bar, apartments across from a beach, near restaurants, Ice cream parlour, supermarket, nice and bright throughout, beach accessories available to guests, adjustable sun canopy on beds and umbrellas at poolside with nice relaxing music in background. Very chid friendly also with areas throughout complex to suit babies to older children without being loud and over run.

A 20 minute walk away from centre but a small price to pay for the comfort and elegance of residence picalé

The beach, nice room, easy going relaxed atmosphere. Night porter very helpful.

No toaster, kettle although microwave did both in time. Room cleaning only done once. No room around pool and always in shade and overlooked.€80 for late checkout, no safe place to store luggage for late flights. Reception staff very confused, didn't know area or any tourist information.

Very enjoyable overall

We stayed for 10 days, and we were very pleased with our apartment. It had plenty of ware and saucepans for the nights we didn't want to go out to eat as we had 2 small children with us. The location was excellent as it was very close to the beach and the supermarket was only 3 minutes' walk away. The staff were very friendly and cleaned our apartment every 4 days and changed towels and bed linen. It was a lovely walk into the old town which took approximately 25 minutes. Check out was 10am and we were able to wait in lounge until our pickup time at noon.

No washing machine available in the apartment.

Perfect spot on the beach .lively town is a short stroll away

Very close to the beach . 15 minute walk into town .

Apartment was very tired but we had a good balcony that overlooked the sea and the pool.
