Schlaflose Nächte

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und der Strand war zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Leider war es nachts durchgehend sehr laut. Ein Hund im Haus bellt die halbe Nacht. In der Unterkunft selbst ist es zudem sehr hellhörig, so dass man jeden ankommenden oder abreisenden Bewohner teilweise schon morgens um 4Uhr lautstark wahrnimmt. Die Reinigungskraft poltert ab 6Uhr lautstark umher.Türen knallen und es werden sehr laute Unterhaltungen geführt, auch nachts. Das Frühstück war ein Reinfall. Es gibt ausschließlich abgepackten Kuchen, Wasser und Kaffee, den man sehr umständlich zubereiten muss. Dazu dann Kunststoffgeschirr, so dass man sich fragt, was es morgens ab 6Uhr in dem Raum zu poltern gibt, wenn erst ab 8.30Uhr die sogenannten Frühstücksfertigkuchen und Kaffeetabs aufgefüllt sind.

Ok for a stay next to the airport

Good for a stay close to the airport if you have a very early flight like we had. A very good contacless check-in and check-out, which was very handy for us as we arrived at 11pm and left at 5am next day.

Very basic room, not too big either. The shower is the bathroom itself, no separate space, you just shower on the toilet haha

Nice room and bathroom. Window and balcony door had shutters to help darken the room

Check-in is via instructions sent to your phone. There was no personal contact. Missed breakfast, don’t know if it would have been good. Cost to airport is still €25-30

Delightful Stay.

Location is great! Close to the airport. This is located in a quiet Fishing area; the perfect place to rest, decompress and get ready to return home. The Staff were very accommodating and cordial. The local restaurants, we’ll, let’s just say, you will not find fresher fish meals anywhere else!

Not just at the Guest House, but the whole area surrounding…No Continental Breakfast available! When one is diabetic, it’s important not to have the sweets. so, the breakfast was disappointing, especially for ambitious travelers who need a substantial meal in the AM. I would suggest a Microwave in the Kitchen area and Breakfast options of Oatmeal and Granola, with the way their Common area kitchen is set up. And disposable large coffee cups with American coffee and dry creamer and sugar. Just for a little start to the day.

For an overnight airport stay this was absolutely ideal

I had an early flight the next morning so the location was ideal, very close to the airport. The room and bathroom were very spacious, with a comfy bed. The host was extremely helpful and even arranged a taxi for me to take me to the airport.

Well worth the rate!

There’s a lot to like about the property. certainly the location, hospitality, facilities, and the extreme security. It’s an excellent stay for the price, I’ll be only gripe I might have as a fat guy, is all the doors, passageways and significantly, the shower are pretty cramped. But it was well worth the inconvenience. Terrific property.

1) I could not connect to the Wi-Fi. 2) not the hotel related. If you want to go from the airport to the hotel by feet, be aware that you’ll go near the road without any pedestrian roads

Security for on Road parking not good. Car window smashed. Holiday ruined.

Clean.

Security for car parking very poor. Only on street parking available,which was not made clear. Our car,sback window was smashed during the night,causing considerable hassle and expense. DO NOT SAY HERE WiTH A CAR! The area is not safe at night, Could not see any CCTV. Left the area immediately, ruining our trip to Rome. Will never return to this area, run down and scruffy. T

Nice stay not far away from the airport

We stayed only for one night before an early flight back home. The check in was as discribed and very easy. The bed was comfy. :-) The beach was a 15-20 minutes walk away with a lot of different restaurants around. The host was very helpful and organized a taxi for us even though our request was later in the evening.

Overall it was a great stay and a very nice place.

Nicely remodeled, the air conditioning worked well. Bathroom and room were beautiful and the bed was comfortable. I visited the beach nearby and swam which was really nice.

For an ocean view you couldn’t see much of the ocean. I asked for a cab to be called but ended up calling one myself since it never arrived so I’m not sure if one was actually requested.

Smallest bathroom ever!

easy access to the airport.

The room was small. The bathroom was very very small. There was only one towel so I think the room was ment for 1 person. We stayed in the room yellow rose. Maybe other rooms are better but this one was far to expensive for what they offer.

Not worth it

The location worked for easy access to the airport - Our host helped to arrange a taxi transfer to the airport in the morning, though the fare was expensive for the short drive. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was very secure, and access on arrival was clear and easy.

I do not normally complain about small things, but here, there were so many small issues, I feel it is not worth the cost. I feel the property was not represented well - say they provide airport transfers/shuttle, but what they do is arrange a taxi, and you pay cash for it. The room was very small and smelled musty or like someone had smoked in there. Nowhere to put our bags. The door to the room and bathroom were bifold. All should have been cleaner (scuff marks on the wall, hairs in the bathroom). We were given 1 towel and 2 bathmats for 2 of us - no bathrobe as advertised (hah!). The notes said there was a restaurant "At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Italian cuisine." but we could not find one. Facilities say "beachfront" and it is not near the beach. Say they speak English, but do not. The "sun terrace" is a tiny balcony. We could hear others come and go through the night, disturbing our sleep. We didn't have the breakfast, though we did look for a kettle for tea, but there was not one. Breakfast was the expected pre-packaged pastries that we saw in a number of places.

Not recommended for an airport layover stay over priced

There is an excellent restaurant a block away

This is not the place to stay for layover near airport luckily we are experienced travelers and got into our room! No communication ..we were told there was a shuttle, and then when we arrived late after a 14 hour flight we got help from my son, who speaks Italian, we were able to phone in the property who instructed us what to do we needed to take a cab open the exterior fence gate press the code for the first floor enter and walk up a flight and there was our room. Breakfast for two was one pod coffee one pod milk to put in the machine, two rolls wrapped in cellophane and sweet syrupy juice in a box the fixtures in the bathroom were about to fall off the wall but the room was clean and very orderly. Never saw the owner who e mailed they needed our documents we left by Uber to catch our plane and had to wait in long line because we could not print out our documents available at any hotel
