Foi péssima minha estadia, não recomendo os quartos não são limpos.

Não gostei de nada, única coisa boa é que era perto dos shopping

No quarto estava cheio de formigas andando pela cama e picando a gente, depois trocaram a gente de quarto por fazer reclamação e nos colocaram em um quarto que estava com lençóis de cama e fronhas de travesseiros tudo sujo e com mal odor.

Otima localizacao, banheiro precisa de um retrofit.

O atendimento foi nota 10, a moca me tirou todas as duvidas, foi muito prestativa e amavel

A cama, ar condicionado e wifi estavam 100% Por outro lado o banheiro precisa de reformas e renovacao, Tudo estava funcionando no banheiro porem a aparencia deixava a desejar.

Cheiro dos produtos de limpeza utilizado no quarto, são muitos fortes, eu que tenho rinite, fiquei adoecida! Fora que a cama é desconfortável.

Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación.

Los desayunos no son como en la imagen, y el jamón del sandwich estaba pasado, por lo que siento que no hubo cuidado con los alimentos

Room was good value for money, good cheap stay. Staff were helpful.

The breakfast wasn't good and lots of flys everywhere. Shower was cold.

The staff was very nice, but the room was horrible. Spend a little more and have a much better stay.

The staff is very nice

My room had writings on the wall next to the bed, along with smudges and dirt marks from who knows what. everything was very old and did not look well kept or clean. I saw a giant cockroach on the floor next to my bed before it ran under it. I was only given one towel and soap only - no shampoo or washcloth. The breakfast is limited to fruits and sweets. Not even butter for the bread, just some jam.

The room look like in the photo.

The breakfast was really poor. Cakes, not fresh fruits and juices taste like water. You can't make sandwiches but you can ask for it. Also there were buns in the bowl that were with mold. So disgusting.

Not recommended if you are in a hurry: slow staff.

Good location - walking distance from the Friendship bridge. Quite good breakfast. Male receptionust was friendly and helpful. Wi fi woks normally in lobby and in the room.

The female receptionist is very unfriendly and slow. We were in a hurry to check in and go, but lost a lot of time at check in. For example, she couldn't see in our booking that the room is booked for 2 people, at first asked us to book a second room. In the room #205 there is no wardrobe, just a hanger, which is not convenient. There were no fruites for breakfast at all, despite of the photos in the hotel description. Overall it's normal for a short stay. but definitely not recommended for a long trip.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff!

The Bathroom is looking not very good as also windows broken, had insects in the room. the air condition doesn’t work well and had water drop from pipe as it’s over the bed when sleep over night.

The location was pretty good for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was very good as well. The breakfast was very good for the value too. The rooms have air conditioner which is very cool. Staff was always helpful. Firstly they gave us a room with no access to hot water so they swapped the rooms straight away.

The showers didn’t have enough pressure.
