Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding op een top locatie.

Het personeel was vriendelijk, het bed lag lekker en het ontbijt was simpel maar goed. De locatie was echt super, binnen enkele minuten lopen zijn verschillende gezellige terrassen, en punten die een bezoekje waard zijn.

Er was alleen een dakraam, dit gaf een opgesloten gevoel en geen uitzicht. De staat van de kamer; het slot voelde niet stevig/veilig. De lamp van de badkamer hield er de laatste avond mee op.

24-hour check-in, important as I arrived at 2 am Mobile number on door, helpful staff with good English to let me in Nice room, comfortable bed, good continental breakfast

Extremely expensive for the poor quality.

Good location, near Unirii Square in city center. The receptionist who checked me in was very nice and helpful.

The room I said in (3rd floor) had leakage on the ceiling & on a wall (yellow stain) and while I was there it rained so in the morning the same spot was wet. The room had a bad smell. In the bathroom there was water on the floor (ever since I arrived there). Walls looked dirty.

We did not expect...

In the firest day we recieved a small room with out air condition and with out refregirstor, we complained when we entered and got an answer that they are fouly booked, 1 day after we recived a regular room with all we needed, but We expect for compensation for the 1st day

Exceptionally hospitable staff, I accidentally messed up the wall outlet but they were totally cool about it and also helped with directions around town! Also, breakfast was simple and nice

Not worth the money.

The stuff was exceptional friendly! I’ve interacted with 4 different people and they all helped and did it in a very polite manner.

The rooms & bathrooms need renovation to bring them to 2023. The floor is a big carpet, which makes it hard to believe that it can properly be cleaned after each guest. The bathrooms are very old and have a weird placement of things. I found 2 uncovered electricity sockets at shower level. The shower is very impractical and uncomfortable to use. The toilets didn’t look properly clean or maybe they are just very old. In the first room I was placed the heat was so high that it felt like 40 degrees. It couldn’t be adjusted, so I had to keep the windows open for hours to make it liveable. The heat was even worse in the bathroom. The stuff was nice and gave me a different room. However, none of the rooms are worth the money. If you plan your trip to Cluj in time you can find modern & luxury airbnb apartments. A whole apartment, not a 15m room. The only advantage of this hotel is the location.
