location next to slip and ski shop
small rooms, hot tub needs more cleaning

the personnel is very very friendly and helpful.
next to the ski lift and many bars and restaurants.
the breakfast is top, fresh boulangerie every morning.
the place is old, although kept in good condition and clean.
the shower was too small, with a curtain that got stuck to your body due to the lack of space. it is just a detail, but that should be renovated.

The breakfast served by auray each morning was great and had plenty of choice to get you well fed before a long day skiing, Marie is a great host and always on hand to help with any of your needs, the chef made the most amazing dishes each night and auray did a “Thai night” which was beautiful, Patrick the waiter was a pleasure. The location is absolutely superb right on the slopes and next to the chairlift / gondola.
The only thing that could have been better would have been if they had more snow but can’t help the weather and was still able to ski just fine especially higher up the mountain.

The friendly service and home cooking was lovely.

The breakfast was typically french.
I prefer english breakfasts but that is because of what I am used to.

great location for access to slopes (and hire), very welcoming and homely. standard of food ( we were half board for 7nts) was particularly high and we never felt the option of restaurant eating was preferred.
would not hesitate to recommend Marie and her team to anyone looking for their ski break inFrance.

The hotel was small, cosy, with a warm welcome and friendly, English-speaking staff. Food was plain and wholesome. When we did not take advantage of the half-board facilities for one evening, but invited our daughter to eat with us at the hotel for the other two evenings for which we had half-board, the hotel did not charge us extra for her, Strictly speaking the extra charge could have amounted to EUR 70. However, this was waived.
Nothing, this hotel is a gem.

Great location, right next to slopes and lifts. Ski hire in the same building. Excellent food, home cooked and top quality. Excellent host, thoroughly recommend
The room was a bit small, knocked head on beams. The tv didn’t work and shower cold one evening, but all not a problem.
Do not use Alpy Bus for transfers

Marie was excellent, making us feel very welcome. The rating of this chalet is not representative of the experience of staying there. The lounge area is spacious, with a cosy fire and great views of the mountains. Ski storage is in the cellar within the same building, so snow permitting, it is genuinely ski-in, ski-out, which is impressive for such a central location. The rooms are cosy, but spacious enough and whilst the bathroom is tight, it is fully functional, serviced daily, and we found everything comfortable for a weeks' stay. The hot tub, included in the price of our stay was available whenever we requested, and Marie provided robes, mats for the steps and plastic glasses so we could take along drinks from the small bar in the lounge. Perfect after a day's skiing. Couldn't recommend this little gem highly enough.
Very little to be disappointed about. One minor point is the breakfast is the same each day, and limited to continental, so no option for a hot breakfast. However, the continental includes most cold options and boiled eggs and toast, so more than enough food. In a week long stay it would have been nice to have a hot breakfast option on occasion, although being centrally located in Les Gets, you're only 2 minutes away from a cafe if required.

Brilliant stay, so cosy and comfy. The location was perfect, right beside the slopes (although the closest ski lift wasn't working, it wasn't too far to stroll/ski over to the ski school/lifts). It's just off the main street, so we were close to everything but it was very calm. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The rooms were very cosy, perfect size for just jumping into bed after a long day skiing. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water! The breakfast area was really comfortable and the breakfast itself was very tasty and had some nice variety. There was a lovely Thai lady working there and she was so kind and friendly. The owner herself (Marie) was also so helpful and friendly too. She gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations :). The jacuzzi was also absolutely perfect after a full day on the slopes, such a luxury to have and very much appreciated. Overall, it's was a genuinely lovely, clean, comfortable and cosy place to stay. The people working there was all lovely too and so we will be going back for sure!
As mentioned, pretty much everything was brilliant but the shower was quite small. So it's a minor consideration but other than that, practically perfect!

perfect location
rooms are small but fairly normal in France

Breakfast was lovely, it was self service but there was someone on hand to help with the coffee machine. There are not many rooms so it was always nice and quiet and easy to get in and out and off to the slopes as quickly as possible.
The only downside was that the room we had was very small. Anyone used to staying in a ski resort expects and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent location, really friendly and helpful staff
Room (last one available) was not very big and had very limited headroom due to being in the eaves.

Marie and her team at the hotel are so kind and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure your comfort. We had a wonderful week skiing and the location of the hotel is right at the bottom of the slopes, ski shop underneath. All very convenient. Good breakfast and adequate 3 course meal every night. We will certainly be returning!!

We were half board & the food was very good. They accommodated the fact I don't eat red meat. The host & staff were friendly & couldn't do enough to please.

Location was amazing - short walk to the main lifts in the morning (Chavannes Gondola and Express Chair), you could almost ski back to the door at the end of the day! It was also fairly close to the gondola for the Mont Chery side, again a short walk.
Our room (3) was quite small but absolutely fine for what we needed - it was cosy and gave an authentic alpine chalet feel. It was possible to use the lounge area by reception to sit and have a drink, read or play games which was great. The hot tub was a great way to relax and warm up after a day out on the slopes There was also a balcony overlooking the slopes which had some lovely views and was excellent for watching the 'Red Ski Show' when it was on (Monday evening during holidays). The ski hire shop downstairs had a large storage area in the basement where you could keep / dry off your equipment overnight which was useful.
Dinner was good, particularly the special options (fondue, tartiflette etc.) if you did not want like what was on the set menu on a certain night, and there was a nice variety at breakfast time which you could help yourself to. We had an early transfer on the last day and staff put some breakfast items out for us the night before which was great.
Staff were all friendly. Marie was an excellent host and could not be more helpful.
Some drawers for storage or extra hanging space / hooks would have been useful.

Lovely cosy hotel run by friendly, attentive staff. Good meals and great to be able to chat with other guests.
Bathroom was a little small but hey, you're not in there for long!
