It’s very clean and the facilities are well taken care of.
Nothing, it’s beyond expectations.

Travelling the Philippines, you learn not to expect too much in regards to the accommodation. Especially when travelling to the outer or inner provinces. Our first time to Sagada, going into the unknown. We only had one night and one day to explore the coffins, coffee plantation, caves, traditional weaving and hiking. We managed to do it all. Sagada Lodging Home exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful. Extremely clean, room was very cosy and served it's purpose for us. Comfortable bed and clean amenities. Katherine was a perfect host and nothing was too much for her to meet our requests. Assisted us in booking a tour guide to go and explore the areas we wanted to see. Definitely recommend this accommodation for travelers. We will return there in future for sure.
It was difficult to find the road entrance into Sagada Lodging Home in the night. Perhaps a lighted up sign for the evenings to assist people to find the entrance in the dark. For future travelers, be aware the main town area of Sagada is very hilly. No matter where you stay, you will have to walk up and down the hills. There is no parking in the streets. You have paid parking up at St. Josephs or St. Mary's. Then you walk around the town.

Breakfast is not included on the booking. We requested breakfast and it was good. Price is almost the same from other restaurants but the quality is better. They offer free brewed coffee and tea with biscuits.

The staff were absolutely accommodating and very helpful, especially Ms. Dol and Ms. Christine.
The whole place was very clean - from the lobby, dining area, the room, and bathroom. Even the toilets in the lobby were very clean.
Parking was a bit of a challenge, but not a deal breaker.

The hotel owners were very thoughtful and helpful. The ground floor is a large and comfortable lounge with coffee and tea, tables and sofas, charging points at each table, and floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of Sagada and the mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable with extra shelf space for unpacking. The hotel is at the bottom end of the town, about 10 minutes walk down the hill from the tourist agency. There are several good restaurants nearby, including Cucina Igorrote, the Hub Café, and the Lemon Pie. There is also a bakery next-door, serving different kinds of bread.
No problem about the property!

Excellent staff. clean and tidy
bedding and towels were not that nice. Price was high compared to other properties and I’m not sure this properly justified that price

Cleanliness is top notch. The staffs and owner is very accommodating.
A lack of TV maybe? During our stay, we also experienced a lot of loud noises coming from other rooms. There were also children running around and screaming. That is not the owners fault though. just keep that in mind when visiting during peak season.

Friendly and very accommodating host. The entire hotel, room and facilities were very clean.
No aircon in the room but negligible since windows can be opened to let fresh cool air in the room.
A bit of a walk from the tourist center. No problem if you're coming from the tourist center since the road is on a downward slope going to the hotel. A bit tiring if going to the tourist center.

Very welcoming staff, excellent service. The rooms are very nice and clean and come with nice pillows & blankets. The lodging home only opened in 2022 or 2021, so it feels very new. During our stay, there was a storm but our room stayed dry & water was still hot.
Dont expect anything very fancy- just a room thats nice, clean & cozy. Wifis only in the lobby but theres signal.
